"Absolutely do not recommend this store. At first, they misled me, saying I just needed to write the address on the box. I went to two parcel shops, and only later found out I had to create a label via a logistics company. The product costs 229 DKK, and the return costs 175 DKK. This is complete madness; it makes no sense at all. I will never buy from them again."

We’re sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied. Unfortunately, we do not cover the return shipping cost, and we have explained by email how to return the item. You can either write the address on the package and use postage that fits the parcel, or you can go through a shipping company, book a return, and enter the delivery address for the package.
