I was make to feel at ease, it is an emotional thing to plan your own funeral. The adviser explained out all the details for me to make my choice. Unfortunately she had to follow a script which made it less personal.

It was really relaxing and informative and very easy to understand and helpful

Although we waited a while for communication after first phoning for an appointment everything after that was first class. We were made to feel relaxed and no pressure was put on us and we are pleased with the plan we have picked.

The lady who I spoke to at the appointment was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything and answered all my questions.
The reason I gave 4 stars was because of the difficulty I had in getting an appointment which only happened after 3 phone calls and an email.

We were nervous about booking
a plan, due to losing a previous plan. But the staff at our local branch answered all our questions professionally and confidently. We then submitted the plan online which was straight forward with help from the funeral planners. And an added bonus was, we got a generous discount with being coop members.

I contacted Co-op Funeralcare by telephone to arrange an appointment to discuss the funeral options available. My appointment was in my local Co-op Funeral Home with Dorothy, who was the area representative. Dorothy was lovely! She talked me through the various funeral plans available, she answered my questions too. Dorothy was friendly and helpful in a professional manner that made me feel at ease throughout the meeting. By arranging my funeral plan I was able to sit and talk to Dorothy and choose what I wanted, rather than my relatives having to do this at my passing and at short notice whilst grieving. I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders.

We purchased 2 funeral plans from the coop. we did it all online it was very easy to do and we received all paperwork through the post within a couple of days as members we got money off the price so all in all very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.

My grandson told me about the Co-op direct cremation service, I went to the shop was told I had to phone as that is what is done these day's, I've pay so everything is in place when my time comes without my children having to worry about it

We were very pleased with the help we got helped us through it all gives us peace of mind

I brought a direct cremation plan easy to do online emailed me my funeral plan to print off and keep safe quick and easy to do would recommend

Katy my consultant was charming and very competent and despite the IT shortcomings simply carried on to complete the consultation calmly and capably. The ‘package’ offered was exactly what I required, payment was made and the deal was complete.
