Onze excuses dat er onduidelijkheid is ontstaan over het verschil tussen de producten en dat u nog geen retourlabel heeft ontvangen — dat is natuurlijk niet de service die u mag verwachten.

Kunt u ons nog één keer uw ordernummer doorgeven? Dan sturen we direct het juiste retourlabel toe en zorgen we voor een correcte afhandeling.
