Absolutely the worst SaaS service I've ever used. It's understandable that software sometimes doesn't work properly, which was often the case with Convertize, but what drives me mad is that in the last six months, the wait time to hear back from a submitted support ticket is usually more than a week and requires me to follow up just to get a reply. Then the lazy half arsed reply that usually comes is "Sorry for the delayed reply. We'll look into it and get back to you." But they never actually do get back to me. It seems that since GlassBox took over, their support staff has changed. Whatever the case, they are extremely lax at managing their customer support functions. The support person clearly doesn't care, and whoever manages the support function definitely doesn't care. They seem severely understaffed and lacking basic work ethic. Sign up at your own risk.

Software issues:
1. A basic campaign that I set up with two variants was tracking less than 5% of my actual traffic and conversions. Support never replied til I followed up. Then gave their typical "We'll get back to you" line, which they never followed up on for a week, so I have just canceled my subscription.

2. I set up a 3 variants test. The software was not showing the 3rd variant to any website visitors. Convertize support said "We'll get back to you." and when I followed up two weeks later, the reply was, "We're still looking into this." - Did the whole company go on a month long vacation to a remote island with no internet?

I'll be switching to VWO and I highly recommend anyone considering Convertize to steer well clear of them and look into VWO, Optimizely and all the other options if you want your support tickets responded to within 24-48 hours, as is the normal expectation from every other B2B SaaS product in the entire world.

Convertize offers a very solid product and fantastic, thorough resources to help guide marketers and testers to increase conversions and optimize their sites.

Convertize is an awesome tool. I am a relatively advanced analytics manager who is making his way into CRO. Convertize is the "Young Bear Porridge" of tools. Google Optimize is fine but misses a lot of key features, and is clunky. VWO/Optimizely are great but they are way too expensive and overkill in a lot of areas. Convertize is the perfect balance between super customizable, ease of use and bang-for-buck. Thanks for always exceeding my set-high expectations!

Perfect for marketing teams! I work on a freelance basis and Convertize allows me to test new content on multiple websites - without having to dig through my clients' code. It also means I can show them exactly what my work contributes to their revenue!

A solid AB testing app that is easy to use.

If you are not an expert in AB testing, this solution is perfect. A big library of suggested tests depending on your industry, a very user friendly interface, persuasive notifications,...

However no MVT testing but this is in anyway only for sites having very high traffic.

A solution that does mostly everything you need for a fraction of the price of Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty...
