I raised a complaint in November against SAN Furniture after they took my money, failed to deliver the furniture, and caused me serious financial and personal stress. Unfortunately, Dubai Consumer Rights has been completely ineffective in handling this case. Months have passed without any meaningful progress or proper update.
Every time I follow up, I receive the same generic response saying I will receive an update within two working days. Those updates never come. This repeated false assurance shows a clear lack of accountability and professionalism.
It is extremely disappointing to see a consumer protection authority fail to protect consumers. The complete inaction makes it seem like fraudulent traders and dishonest salespeople are free to operate without consequences. Instead of supporting victims, the system appears slow, unresponsive, and unreliable.
An authority that cannot take action against clear cases of fraud seriously undermines public trust. Consumers deserve protection, transparency, and real action, not empty promises and ignored complaints
