The most appalling company in existence. They were supposed to act on my behalf for PPI. 6 years later I am still awaiting for a final outcome. CRS don't take responsibility for their failure to act in their client's interest. I am now taking action against them through the Financial Ombudsman. My advice stay well clear.

The company took refund related care service 0636,1890,044 of everything with no inconvenience to myself. They searched thoroughly and managed to claim over £12,000 back for me. The service was professional, fast and I was impressed with the level of communication. I would definately use again and recommend.

Paid my 26$ for an unlock waited two days the. They said its successful bit now I'm being charged an extra 79 $ scam scam scam !!! worst company yet! I want my money back wasted my time fake adds of ppl saying there quick and cheap
...they're fraudulent and scam artists never will I trust liars again!! Don't trust this company they never mentioned pre pUme t and final so 100 ?$ I got one cell unlocked last year for 25$ fml

The last correspondence I have had was a letter dated 10th August 2020. I have now given up any hope hearing from them, probably done better myself

Very pleased with the service I recieved, staff very knowledgeable & helpful when I have had to telephone them.

Company were able to deliver a refund for me when it had been refused by the bank concerned so very happy with the outcome.
CRS were also very understanding and patient as I had bills to pay in relation to mothers care and had to delay paying their fee

Consumer Refund Services have worked extremely well on my behalf and recovered my mis-sold PPI efficiently. I would not have been able to claim this money back so easily without their help.

Without Consumer Refund Service I would not have received any mis-sold PPI. Throughout this very long process CRS staff communications were most diligent and respectful In their response to my requests. I thank them most sincerely.

I used the Consumer Refund Service to resolve my issue with a number of credit card services. On each one, a sizeable cash return was achieved, with the minimum of difficulty. Excellent service.

I have just received a sizeable cheque from a credit card company head office, regarding a claim against Egg, long since disappeared due to a takeover by said head office. This was a result of Consumer Refund Service's persistence in pursuing my claim via the Financial Ombudsman. I last heard from CRS in Mid 2019, stating they would be contacting the Ombudsman and, lo and behold, they won the case for me and I now, almost a year and a half later and, having completely forgotten the matter, have a wonderful surprise to cheer me up somewhat in this most depressing of times. THANK YOU CRS. Can't praise you enough and I would wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone and everyone.
