Onze reis door Thailand (10–27 januari 2026), geboekt bij Jennifer van Connections in Mechelen, was uitstekend georganiseerd. De gidsen en chauffeurs maakten echt het verschil: Oh en Pat waren fantastisch — warm, attent, professioneel en altijd stipt. Ook Bob in Phuket was top, met veel kennis en humor. De hotels waren allemaal zeer goed, met de Floating Houses als absolute favoriet. Phuket en de speedbootexcursie waren voor ons te druk, maar dat ligt aan de bestemming zelf. Volgende keer zouden we afsluiten op een rustiger plek zoals Koh Yao Noi of Khanom.
Dankzij Jennifer en haar team werd dit een onvergetelijke reis.
Our trip through Thailand (10–27 January 2026), booked with Jennifer from Connections in Mechelen, was exceptionally well organised. The guides and drivers truly made the difference: Oh and Pat were fantastic — warm, attentive, professional and always perfectly on time. Bob in Phuket was also excellent, with great knowledge and a wonderful sense of humour. All the hotels were very good, with the Floating Houses as our absolute favourite. Phuket and the speedboat excursion were too crowded for our taste, but that’s due to the destination itself. Next time, we would definitely end our trip somewhere quieter, such as the island of Koh Yao Noi or the coastal town of Khanom.
Thanks to Jennifer and her team, this was an unforgettable journey.

booking trips works well here
I like that there are multiple langauges. Staff was helpful and understanding. Website doesnt look like it was made in MS Paint, and the entire process is smooth. I found them just through google, they were one of the top searches, and now can see why. Others have bad reviews and bad scores, everywhere, and this one doesnt.

Holiday in India
We asked connections to help us make arrangements for our trip to India. As we had little to no experience with such far away travels, their experience was very welcome to us.
With only half a travel plan in our minds, we walked into the office in Mechelen. Half an hour later, a clear picture was made on a potential trip. Over a handfull of mails, we finetuned the activities in the itenerary and voila ... that's all it took to put our trip together.
We're very happy about the trip we've made. Also about both the preparation and the follow up they've done on the trip.

3 week trip to the USA with the family
We booked a 3 week trip to the USA visiting several cities with a family of 5. Connections was extremely helpful is structuring the trip and helping us out choosing hotels and car rentals. Very satisfied with the services of travel agent Connections
Based on the program I saw on the website, I requested to discuss a trip with an agent who had been to Bali. She gave good advise and set up a nice one week road trip for us, including local guide and driver. The hotels were wonderful, our guide did an excellent job. We were very satified with the quality of this trip.
Only minor issue: it was not really clear to us how it worked with all the (online) visa and paperwork upon arrival at Bali airport. We had paid tourist tax on beforehand, but upon arrival we still had to pay for an entry visa. Something was mentioned in the papers we got from Connections, but it was still all a bit confusing to us.
