good service, quick delivery, good prices

Measured double package, product packed by the manufacturer. 5/5.

The first shipment was damaged during delivery. With my reclaim, I got a super fast, friendly and great support.
Instant resending, can´t be better with the eye of the customer, thanks.

Arrived early, price was great, response to information were a tad short and confusing, but not enough to lose a point.

Fast delivery which was good (but a lot of places have really fast delivery nowdays). Tricky return though. Had to email, got a reply, had to email back, got a return tag, had to find a printer… I order practically everything online and am used to very smooth systems. One or two clicks, a qr-code gets sent to my inbox and I go to the nearest drop of point. Nothing wrong with this company (I think…?) but their systems are quite archaic and so I felt inconvenienced. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again any time soon. Convenience is pretty key when it comes to online shopping.

Refused to cover the return shipping when they sent out the wrong item.
Use someone serious instead of this one.

Delivered a product that was dead-on-arrival which had to be sent back. One and a half months later I have not seen a replacement product or a cancellation and repayment of my order (despite multiple tries). Does not respond on tha online customer service and simply replies by email that my product is on service.

Interesting that compumail calls their customers liars. I paid for the service on the 6th of jan, today is the 26th of feb. Still no ETA on either refund or product.

Very smooth and fast delivery. The package in which the item was sent was very well and carefully wrapped. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Fast and reliable

one of the most horrible companies that I would never buy a thing from them !first it started with buying a hair clipper machine after along delay due to Christmas even thought they've promised to delivery before Christmas the parcel came late ,However the moment I've unpack it put to charge for a little the machine did not work at all few days later I've contacted their horrible costumer service for a return low quality service bytheway they've suggested to fill in a report online so I did ,have paid extra shipping which cost me 300 swedish SEK to return ,month later I've called many times the only thing say we will update you as soon we receive a decision from some factory that I have no clue about and until this day I haven't receive neither my month or the shipping money or the machine it self a total chaos, not recommended, never again!
