I'm pretty new to the whole cryto thing so it's early days but so far no complaints at all. Setting up was easy and the app is simple and straightforward to use. You can even set Coinpass as a payee on your UK banking app for quick and easy deposits, which is great considering how difficult it is to purchase crypto in the UK with some of the other exchanges. Very happy so far.

Customer service is very quick to respond.

Had some initial technical issue with getting certain wallet addresses but they were resolved within 24hrs.

Happy to recommend the platform, my only gripe is their limited choice of crypto available to purchase but expect the range will expand over time.

Good, simple so far ok on the laptop. Mobile app extremely basic hopefully still under development. I am waiting for more assets added for trade. I will give them a credit of trust.

The best asset of coinpass is its customer service. Its top notch. My funds wernt showing in my account I asked the help desk and ten minutes later they'd messaged me back and had sorted it . You don't get that anywhere else

All pretty easy - damn, they even have phone support... if only the other exchanges could match that!

I've both bought and sold, and have been impressed with the service. I was apprehensive about selling but funds were remitted and rapidly arrived at my bank. When buying the entire process is fast and easy, from depositing funds to purchasing crypto and sending coins to my offline wallet. Nice one.

Very easy to use interface. Clean and not busy. Price is GBP which is helpful for UK traders.

Had an issue with a computer glitch recently, but sorted it out quickly, efficiently and fairly. Can't ask for more than that.

Expanding list of alt coins to trade.

I rarely leave reviews but I can honestly say Coinpass has been excellent to use. The platform is clear and simple to use making it beginner friendly, but the customer service is what really set it apart for me, hands down one of the best ive ever dealt with, any time I contacted them they were very fast to reply and always very helpful.
My only negative feedback would be a lack of live charts and limited number of alt coins, although I am sure these are both being worked on since DOT was recently added. It would also be nice to be able to set buy/sell orders.

Good crypto exchange for holding. More coins and trading opportunities would be great for the future

Coinpass is the easiest to use crypto exchange - and it is in the UK! Very clear and very straight forward. And incredibly fast. Total 5 star. Every transaction is confirmed by an instant email. I really must say total hats off to Coinpass. I started with Coinpass because I wanted a business account and they provide this solution. The set up was fast. I am very impressed by the professional, instant, no- nonsense service.

I had a query about a bank transfer which was quickly resolved by hero josh, great to deal with an exchange that actually responds instantly through live chat, very reassuring, thank you.

I have used Coinpass for months now and it is brilliant. The team have been quick to respond to my requests when injecting larger amounts of capital & I have made some significant withdrawals with no issues.
