TOTAL SCAM!!! Don’t ever go to a Clib car wash. They damage your car, rip you off, I have seen multiple drug deals in the parking lots, dishonest employees. Total scam and very dangerous. They should all be sued and SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Can I get an explanation why the car in front of me got a really good prewash . All I got was just a splash . I did notice them look at all the white muck on my side runners . But barely gave me a spray wash . Wednesday July 16 2:45 . Very pussed

Went to club car wash today that is a terrible place to get your car wash. They wash the sides and did not wash the back at all. Not worth 10 cents no more less ten dollars. Absolutely Terrible

I’ve taken my car to plenty of car washes. This particular car wash uses a power washer to prep the car before it goes through the car wash. I don’t believe the staff was properly trained by the management as he held the power washer too close to the center of my car and damage one of my sensors They refused to pay for the damage, blaming it on the age of the car instead of blaming it on the inability of the prep guy who is not properly trained on how to use a power washer the close you hold the power washer, the higher the intensity of the water that comes out. It wasn’t the car wash that broke the sensor. it was the individual who did not know how to operate a power, washer steer clear of this car wash as there are many other car washes in the area And the both of the people that review this car wash give it one star they shouldn’t be allowed to stay open in business

I dislike the steep driveway curb at the club car wash near my house!! they have a driveway apron issue. When the elevation difference between the street and the driveway is too high, it can cause a car to bottom out or scrape the undercarriage. I always have to drive slowly at an angle into this place to avoid driveway curb scraping the front bottom of my car

Do not go to this car wash! I live very close to it and they lose things all the time and will never recover them. Every time I go through they knock something off and yet they do not have it in their lost and found. Amateurs but I guess that’s what you get when you hire nothing but children.

I had a great experience but when I went to ask when my promotion was over they said June so I left it at that. Come around 4 days later they charged me $40 after an employee said next month and when I called they are you signed for full price but I didn’t remember so was asking that abuse is uncalled for really bad I would not recommend any more!!!!!!! They are dying for $40 wow that says a lot about a business I hope they use my $40 good cus I’m letting everybody I had sent over know about it and to go back to our old car wash. To bad business in my house and friends won’t be going there no more!!!!!

I just signed up two vehicles for the monthly program. We will be using the brand new Sussex WI location. Both washes today were the best washes I have ever had at a drive in style wash. I did sign up for the top level wash which was a bargain for $10.00 per month, unlimited. This $10 is for three (3) months. Both cars are white and rarely does the area around the recess at the rear plate get clean. This wash cleaned that area well. The young lady who helped me was very nice and explained the way the program works going forward very well. So far, so good. I will adjust my review if things change.

I used it a couple of times, and it worked, but on my last visit, the carwash broke down while I was in the car.

I messaged the company via the app and by email, and I have not heard anything back, which is terrible customer service.

I won't be using again

It really irritates me that there is no one that dries off the car after the wash never seems to get it dry at all. Rarely are there towels available. No window cleaner, and the price is not cheap.

This is for management. I called and canceled my plan on the last day of my month. They said they needed 7 BUSINESS DAYS to cancel. They said “too bad” and “next time call 7 days before”. I will never do business with a company that adheres to shady business practices.

Stay away from this place if you like your car. Damage at wheel wells on both sides from their wand with a chip of paint gone, the blue cloth that runs across your car scratched my car took the paint off the spoiler all the way across. Terrible customer service...Better business bureau says it all. Over 200 complaints! Pissed off in Green Bay!!!!

Recently had My vehicle washed at the 99th st. location in Omaha. I paid for the ELITE was to get the salt off the bottom side. Once home I put the vehicle on a lift and found the underside had no signs of being washed. Cutting this short I contacted corporate, After the second contact, They offered a voucher for another wash. I think they could have offered a bit more due to the circumstances.
I said OK but send two so I can try two locations one with my vehicle and the other with my wife's.
This will verify that it was anomaly or equipment issue as they claimed. No response, No vouchers. It's been almost 3 weeks with not further responses from them. Beginning to think it's a scam to get more $$ for a service not provided. Should anything change I will update this review

Damaged my vehicle

Last Friday, I went through the Club Carwash on N 72nd Street. I have a white 2025 Honda CRV, I went through the carwash and was drying it off and notice a black scratch on the passenger side door. I immediately found the GM and he took pictures as well as obtaining all of my personal information. He advised me that the claim department was closed on the weekend, and I would be hearing from them on Monday. Wednesday, came so I decided to email them to see where they were in the process of my getting an estimate, etc. I received an email within the hour and they told me that they were taking no blame for the damage to my car. They totally made me feel like the damage was there before I entered the car wash, I have had it for only 2 months. After reviewing some of their other reviews, it looks like I am not the only one who they did not rectify the problem. My insurance agent told me that I could put a claim against them, but I decided to just cancel my membership and write a review to warn others before going into this car wash. Terrible, terrible company.

Club Car Wash is the worst!! I have had multiple scratches to my vehicle and I reported the damage to them, all they say is their car wash didn't do it and their not responsibly. My girlfriend vehicle had a piece ripped off and they said the same exact thing. Look up Club Car Wash on the better business bureau site and you'll see they have over 200 complaints. Please stay away from this place and tell everyone you know!!

Beware Club Car Wash

Avoid this scam at all costs. They have double billed on multiple occasions, never upheld promises to correct or 50% off memberships. Besides cutting corners and not cleaning their lines to where the stale water and mildew in the tanks make you want to vomit when going through the wash. Good luck contacting their support. They push you online, yet never respond to emails or electronic changes. If you do finally get someone on the phone it's clearly a 3rd party who doesn't have a clue. They claim they can't process refunds and for 6 months keep saying they're changing systems. I had multiple vehicles on the plan and have wasted 6 months trying to get away from this shady operation. Finally have gotten BBB involved and had to get my credit card company to put a block on them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Had my car washed one Friday,March 7 at club car wash on Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, AR. When I got home and inspected the car, the whole back of the car was filthy. It didn't even look like any water or soap touched it. It was also dirty along the bottom of the car on both sides.
