I have bought several pair of pants from this company and have been satisfied with the product. A few weeks ago I placed an order over the phone with the owner of the company and was assured I'd recieve the pants in time for a trip. I never recieved an invoice. I didn't expect one b/c the owner took my credit card info over the phone. I called today b/c my trip was coming up soon to find out if I should expect my pants in time and I spoke to the owner again. I'm sorry to say he was extremely rude, even asking me if my mental health was ok. He just kept saying how busy he was and since I didn't pay for the pants (even though I did and if I didn't I never recieved an invoice) how could he have sent them and he just didn't have time to listen to what I was saying and basically hung up on me. As much as I'd been a satisfied customer, I wouln't buy from them again if they were the last pants manufacturers on earth.

This company promised you a 3-day delivery, which is a false advertisement. I ordered 2 pairs of pants, one in May and one in June, and I am still waiting for them. The owner's response is below:

The order confirmation in your email lists the preorder timetables. It was the same as listed on the website. Please send us your order info so we can update you on their status. It's is 3-6 business day shipping once the product arrives to the warehouse.
