HAD A SUPPOSEDLY 14 DAY FREE TRIAL AND MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON THE SAME DAY. CANCELLED THE PURCHASE AS SOON AS IT WAS CHARGED AND STILL WAITING ON A REFND 4 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE.
COMPANY CANT BE TRUSTED DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....

What is wrong with these people. Tell that daft bloke doing this add to get a proper job, not one designed to insult and anger older people. Doing this add makes him look extremely stupid - not us older people.
Also……tell him that, even at 80 YRARS OLD I STILL WANT TO USE MY BRAIN!! NOT SOME AI PROGRAM TO TELL ME WHICH PHOTOS etc I WANT TO KEEP/DELETE. Maybe he can try using AI to get himself a worthwhile job.

It’s a con. Utterly useless. I have cancelled my ‘free trial’ subscription and deleted the app. It simply didn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money 😡

A scam app charges you before free trial ends. Do not use or pay via credit card.

This is a ripoff company sponsored by apple gave me a week free trial but then charged me immediately for it. Shame on you Apple wouldn’t give me a refund. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF Don’t go near it😞

I clicked to try a free trial but nothing happened. I clicked again and suddenly I had subscribed for a month! I tried to cancel
immediately and contacted the company and also Apple. I was told I was not eligible for a refund but had no explanation why. This was a very dubious sign up process and I made a genuine error due to this.

The advertisement is extremely ageist and demeaning. Red flag: “mistakes OLD PEOPLE” make”. Very disgraceful and shameful.

I find this ad sinful, why would you target old people as making stupid mistakes? Do you have documentation to support your idiotic claim. I would never purchase anything from your company. Please take down your poorly worded ad.

I wanted to check the weather on my app. First part was ok, but when I pressed ‘Hourly’ a message appeared something went wrong, try again. I tried again twice. My iPhone started with continuous alarm ringing & a message that my memory was full, ‘Clean Up’ app will clean your memory. I checked my memory & it wasn’t full.

This is clearly trying to exploit you for money. In other words it’s a scam.

I find Cleanup.co.uk’s advertising is offensive, “old people” why portray your potentially target customers as being too old to know how to delete photos. Likelihood is that anyone today has too many photos on their phone!!

Waste of time! Doesn’t work at all. Spent over an hour selecting photos, emails, etc. doesn’t work at all. Complete waste of time.

Cleanup App: Do not waste your time.

This is the first truly terrible review I have ever felt compelled to write. It is honestly quicker and easier to go through your phone yourself and delete files manually than to bother with this app.

The app is full of frustrating gimmicks, constantly pushing you to subscribe and forcing you to watch endless ads that are excessively long and cannot be skipped. The worst part is that after all this hassle, it has the audacity to claim it has saved you “10 minutes.” Completely untrue. You will save far more time without it.

While waiting for one of the ads to finish, I managed to clean the kitchen sink; that should tell you everything you need to know.

Apps should never trick or pressure people into subscriptions or bombard them with intrusive ads. Each advert is ridiculously long.

Awful app. Avoid it. They won’t add my review on their app!

Ageist advertising, absolutely no thought about their target market..

Scammers please beware, you get a message for 7 days trial and payment to start after the 7th day. Got charged immediately, strangely this is the second time.
I want a refund

What a scam and their ad claiming that ‘old’ people make these mistakes is highly insulting. Wouldn’t give them the time of day!

Same as everyone, they offered a week free trial but charged my card straight away and now are not replying to my e-mail
