I ordered a bag that looked amazing on the picture.
When I got it the color was so ugly that I asked to have it send back. Unfortunately I had desired to put my logo on the bag so I could not send it back. They offered me 25% of my money back.
I have tried to sandpaper away the leather paint that was on the bag. Now I have ordered leather paint in a different color to be able to use the bag at all. The color is hideous. Nothing at all like the image.
The color was supposed to have a vintage look, it did not at all look vinted. It looked like dog poop brown.
I am super disappointed.
I wish it was clear that when I choose to a a logo that I could not return it.
Super expensive and then super expensive tax for shipping to Sweden.
Worst thing I ever purchased.

Love the workmanship and quality of the bags. My black leather tote bag is an excellent example of quality and class.
I also enjoy the designs of the leather backpacks I bought for my kids. Thought the backpack design, both two different styles, were excellent accessories to their school wardrobe and would last for years with care.
Unfortunately, probably to meet demand, the leather used to make the backpacks was not properly tanned, and they both smell liked raw cow hide, to the point that I have hung them outside the house, to see if I can weather cure the smell out of them. Sad to report, that after a year and wiping them both down with Saddle Soap, they still smell strongly, to the point they have to be away from the back sliding glass doors or the smell will blow inside my home.
Haven’t looked up ways to fix this, kind of annoyed that I have to, but would still use the company, just be ready to return your purchase if it doesn’t meet you standards promptly, like I should have done.

I ordered a handbag from Classy Leather Bags, but when it arrived, it was damaged. There was a glue-like substance in multiple places, along with several noticeable scratches. I contacted the company and provided the requested pictures. They acknowledged the damage; however, their response after I expressed my disinterest in receiving a replacement handbag was disappointing. I believe this is not how a reputable company would handle such a situation, as they should not blame another company for an issue that was clearly their fault. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to reconsider and look for another company.

I bought the rolling leather bag. The handle extension does not extend. Have tried to email, chat, call. Cannot get anyone to answer. One phone number was based in Mississippi (constant busy signal). The other was a personal voicemail. This place is a scam. Do not buy from them.

I have to say, consider me convinced! Quality products, especially considering their price! I was originally a little nervous due to some shipping issues but the bag was worth the wait!

The Serenity tote is not, in my opinion, a 'high quality leather' product at all which is very disappointing and unlike the leather brief case I had purchased through them for my husband. The leather is extremely thin and will wear through quickly. Not worth the money spent.

I have not received the item I order your customer service representative keep telling me it's being look into the order never ship

They tell the truth. Their promos say good leather and it is!! It is not synthetic garbage.

The item was a Christmas gift for a family member. It arrived late from overseas and smelled horrible. The monogram initials were done incorrectly so they weren't even his initials. I tried contacting the company to see if they would do anything to rectify the problem and they did not respond to my request. Very dissatisfied with an expensive ruined gift.

I was given a bag for xmas from classy leather bags when I chose it it was bottle green but when it arrived it looked black+it was smaller than looked on the photo.I asked to return ,I waited for 5 days and 3 more e mails asking for an address before they gave me an address .The address was in the USA ,I enquired about postage costs and the cheapest I got was £26,which was approx 1/2 the price of the bag,so what was the point of saying they accept returns,I will never buy or recommend anyone to this company.I am very disappointed with their customer service

Their return policy is poor. I’d not recommend them for buying a gift.

I received my leather bag balled up in bubble wrap and stuffed in a FedEx envelope and, needless to say, it was not in good shape. It made no sense to return it since it was shipped from India and the shipping cost was half the cost of the bag. Customer service was prompt in getting back to me but their resolution was to stuff it full of paper and it would come back. So far that hasn’t worked.

The leather was not good quality. It was stiff..looked cheap. Was supposed to be an anniversary gift but I didn't even give it to him
I also emailed about my dissatisfaction and no one ever emailed back.

Having purchased a 24" Weekender and finding it to be a well made product I returned for a carry on 21" Weekender. Very nice for the price, and it arrived nearly a week earlier than expected. It came in time for my NYE trip, and it was perfect! Stylish yet practical, solidly crafted, and now I have two toiletry bags as a bonus. Very pleased, I will return.
