Cribbs Causeway served by Kai. She was so lovely with my 4 year old grandson. She took her time and involved him throughout. Excellent job thank you.

I have a 2 year old son who hates being measured for shoes and trying them on. Shoe shopping is normally a stressful experience. Yoyo at the Cribbs Causeway store was fantastic with him, taking the time to engage and talk with him, and play with his toy aeroplane. My son loved choosing his new sandals with Yoyo. Many thanks, we will be back for more shoes!

Sophie at Cribbs Causeway was amazing. My daughter and i visited to get some sandles. My daughter is autistic and very sensory. She wanted soft textures and something to cover her toes. Sophie immediately took us straight to a trainer type mesh shoe with soft cushioned soles. My daughter immediately loved them and wanted them. Sophie allowed us space before returning incase we needed assistance. We have never brought our first pair of shoes! Normally it would take us hours to find the right thing if at all. We were able to buy and walk out in minutes. Sophie was patient, understanding and understood our brief. She deserves a medal in our opinion

Najma who served us was so sweet and helpful and made a stressful experience easier buying school shoes for my autistic son

I have had a wonderful experience at Clarks in Cribs Cause Way Bristol. Luise was wonderful, we had been given the wrong size shoes due to incorrect measurements. Luise measured again and made sure we were happy. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for such an amazing service. ✨

I took my two kids for a shoe fitting. My 4yr old hates going shoe shopping and usually has a meltdown. The sales assistant Yoyo was so great with the kids, really getting them involved - I had no problem with my 4yr old having his feet measured and by the end he was jumping around the shop in his new shoes! Really great service from Yoyo!

Yoyo was really helpful with my daughter who needed new shoes and is 4 and my son who has disabilities and was very interested in what was going on!
Answered all their questions and was great when the shoes my daughter wanted weren't in stock and managed to find her another pair she loved! Fab member of staff 👏

Louise at Cribbs in Bristol was excellent with my 1 year old grandson for his first show fitting. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so he enjoyed his shoe fitting. Then she did the same for his 4 year old sister . Brilliant experience

We visited The Clarks Store@ The Mall Cribbs causeway last week and were served by an absolutely amazing salesperson called Naz he was so professional nothing was too much trouble we ended up purchasing 2 pairs of boots for my partner will recommend and definitely return

Came in today with my daughter for new school shoes, and was helped by Sophie (Cribbs Causeway). She was absolutely brilliant, leaving me and my daughter with lots of smiles. My daughter is usually very shy, but opened up really nicely with Sophie - even going on to say “She was really really nice”. Very good experience in there, and Sophie was fantastic with helping find the best fitting shoes.

We were so impressed with Naz at Clarks in cribbs causway shopping centre. He was calm ,patient and very polite.He was efficient and offered advice.He was dealing with at least 4 customers at one time ,yet kept calm and dealt with everyone so patiently.I told his manager too. The
Hardest thing was he was dealing with parents and very young children. Brilliant Naz well done.

I was greeted with a genuine warm and welcoming hello on entering the Clark’s Cribbs Causeway shop by Maria .
I was just browsing but Maria checked if I was after anything in particular and then proceeded to serve me whilst also letting me know of a special deal that was on at the time for the pair of boots I bought .
Maria was knowledgeable, helpful , friendly and gave great customer service !
I am not sure if she was the manager but the whole team that day was excellent and really seemed to having fun which can be difficult on a busy day .
I made my purchase months ago and have been meaning to send in a compliment .
It shows how well I was looked after that I am now doing it a few months down the line !

Naz at Clarks, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol goes above and beyond with customer service. He is helpful, cheerful and polite and couldn’t have done more to have made my shopping experience better. I bought a pair of boots and he arranged for another pair of shoes that weren’t available in my size to be delivered locally to me. He’s only 19, and his family should be proud of his excellent manners. He’s an asset to the store.
