Visited Clark's store in Bullring in Birmingham and was served by Chris B. Explained what I was looking for (smart shoes for a wedding) and Chris was very helpful in identifying various options. Feet were measured (first time since schooldays) and choice made. It turned out they didn't have my choice in black but tried on a pair in brown to check for fit,comfort etc and then Chris ordered a pair in black to be delivered to some address. The instore service was excellent and I had the added bonus of not having to carry my purchase around with me for the rest of the day. I haven't used a proper shoe shop for years (have bought shoes from various gents outfitters) but will certainly look at Clarks for future needs.

I went to Clarks in Birmingham Bullring to look for shoes for a formal event. Nina was so lovely and friendly. She took the time to help me decide on what type of shoe and what size I needed without rushing me. 5 star customer service from Nina!

I went to Clarks in Birmingham Bullring to buy shoes for a conference. I was looked after by Linda who was really lovely and very helpful.

I brought my 82 year old mum to the Birmingham Bullring store and had excellent customer service from Linda. My mum was told she needs wide fitting footwear to help her manage her pain from walking. Linda was very kind, patient and shared lots of options. We bought a pair of casual footwear and she has been wearing them all day everyday in the house and it has made a massive difference. Her pain has reduced and she walks much better now. My mum has said she will only go to Linda in the future.
