No fault accident

We would highly recommend Claims line,after a no fault accident we contacted them,and was put in touch with Guy who went through the claim with us from start to finish,he was very helpful,friendly,professional and put us at ease through whole process of the claim.

BEWARE OF FRAUD

BEWARE OF FRAUD! Offers a quote, receives the money to pay the policy but after 24 hours refuses the payment and does not cover the car.
WASTE OF TIME AND VERY HIGH STRESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Non fault accident

After a non fault accident, Stephen gave me a call and went over everything that needed to be done. He was very friendly, and very informative. I was passed through to all the relevant people, and everything was organised very quickly. I had a replacement car the same day, and my car was taken away for assessment. I am very happy with the service I have received so far.

bad car driving experience

Had the best experience

Phone call to Rick made everything…

Phone call to Rick made everything really easy at what could of been a very stressful time.
Explained everything ,transferred call to appropriate people and received hire car and collection of our damaged car next morning.

This company was unbelievable!!

This company was unbelievable!!! They had got everything sorted while I was still at the site of the crash and even got me a hire car that very same day! They also called me back to check in and make sure I was doing okay and when they found out I was in hospital due to the crash they were genuinely caring and helped to ensure all expenses and injuries were on record! They were honestly so helpful and I was so relieved that they were there to help me when I didn’t know what to do :)

When I called them an hr after my car…

When I called them an hr after my car accident. The gentleman I spoke to was so nice and lovely he wax called guy, he was so reassuring and told me to take my time as I was still in shock and kept my calm sorted out a recovery for me, and even later called to check I was okay and wax getting myself checked out. I would recommend them as the person i spoke to has great customer service skills and if I would rate just on this alone I would give 100 out of 100
