Contacted regarding a claim today. Spoken to Tansy. She made the process very easy, all information taken and transferred to a legal team who can help process my claim the same day. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again Tansy for your time and patience.
I fell and chip my kneecap with slab in driveway, uneven iv put up with the for 3 weeks,i had to see doctor the pain clicking blood everywhere had to see a doctor but she help can't walk been 3 weeks now ,could have been my daughter, they came and fixed it but had to pull slab because its the old slabs they use except 3 new slabs
I agree entirely with the company taking 25% when I get my claim.
Absolute scam artists. Rang me with all the details of a recent car accident, telling me they were the claims department of my insurance company. Complete scam. They wanted my details to pursue a claim that the would then have tried to claim personal injury on, despite there being none, and voided my car insurance claim. ABYSSMAL BEHAVIOUR.

it was my wife that was traveling and she was realy pleased with national express
They have a full 5 stars for te way they handle people's claims i contacted 1 whom i wont name said they'd take on my claim then the following day they sent an e-mail saying they couldn't take on my claim i broke my hip on New year's day and was taken into hospital in March where they were giving me morphine the following day 2 hip ' specialists ' and a doctor said we've decided against operating as it would cause roo much pain to break & reset your hip i said so ive to spend my life with a broken hip she said in a word yes....when they found out i was looking for a reputable claims company to sue them for negligence i got a letter for an appointment at the fracture clinic on Friday 8th September and now want to operate ' very coincidental ' even when they operate i will still pursue suing them as so far theyve left me for 9 months with a broken hip I've broke my ribs 3 times from falling due to my broken hip you wouldn't leave an animal with a broken hip let alone a human.
Thanks to claims I was able to claim £15,000 in health insurance and get myself back on my feet
