Love it! Took a while to recieve.

This is Fraud. I haven't received anything except a AI email for the past 10 emails. 7 Weeks and no bug zappers from Italy then from China. Don't buy!!!

I have reached out at least three times trying to get a tracking number on this item. I still have not received it and it’s been a month and a half since I ordered it. No one can give me any answers. I’m very frustrated that now I get an email asking me how my experience was. My experience is I still have not received this item and I have received no explanation.

It took a little while longer than I thought because I didn't realize they would be coming from Italy. But I did get them yesterday and they are comfortable and fit well. The comfortable part is the biggest thing since I have ordered several different varieties and they've all been short of good

The ordering process was super easy however, I never received it until a month later. They gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the product which was super nice. 👍

I was charged another shipping fee from a party that I never heard of before. It was on my statement and I called the Credit Card company and that was the only charge on the date I bought the Hose Power Nozzle. Also, it took FOREVER to get here. You should be honest upfront and say it's coming from a foreign country, so people can expect it to be a long time to receive it.

item still not received. 44% tax added without notice, eventually refunded by credit card issuer. repeated e-mails to various customer service e-mails never responded to. TOTAL SCAM, FRAUD. If I could give a "zero" rating, I would.

Ordered a kids balloon launcher on 4/7/26, sent a dozen requests to find out the status of my delivery. Customer service was no help and directed me to contact the 3rd party delivery company. Today (6/4) they send me a delivery confirmation that claims it was delivered, but still no package.

I am excited to try them. I am unsure about the tool. It seems like it is very flimsy.

Don’t buy anything from this company. I bought 5 survival bracelets and it took 1.5 months to deliver. I didn’t realize this was coming from China. When it finally came, the survival tools on the bracelet don’t even work (supposed to unlock a standard handcuff).

I reached out to customer support that the product doesn’t work. They asked for a video which I sent them including how red my fingers got from the pressure of trying to make the key work.

They wouldn’t give me a refund ($41). Because the shipping would cost too much so they kept emailing me if $4, $7, or $10 reimbursement would be okay. No!! I want a full refund for the defective product and over a month long shipping delay.

Horrible customer service. Item never received. Company would not issue refund for items not received. Scam company!

I never received my package even though they said they delivered to my mail box. The USPS says it is against the law for this company's carrier to deliver in the mailbox. I never saw the package. This is a fradulent site. Do not order from this scam company.

I ordered night vision glasses. It took several months and then when their tracking said it was "delivered" the product was never to be found. Total scam.

Never received my items. Civilizek refused to issue a refund. Not a reliable business. Very disappointing!

They said that they put my payment through PayPal and I don’t have a PayPal account now I’m getting fraudulent activity on a PayPal account I never had when I reached out to them. They said contact your PayPal account, but I don’t have one no help at all I haven’t received the product and it’s been about 3 weeks.No help at all through emails. Who knows if I’ll even get the product do not purchase anything from this company. It is absolutely horrific. Now my credit card has been compromised and they’re not helping at all. No product now I’m dealing with fraudulent activity. Totally terrible company.

It took almost to months to get the product. As soon as I got it I see it does not work, it’s actually dangerous as the computer slides off completely. The have been offering $8, $12 and the Latest email $15 for $74 purchase and i Can keep the product . I don’t want the product. It is a scam. They won’t return the money and after 14 days they won’t do it.

I ordered an item and it’s been a month and a half and I still have not received it. I have emailed them response is always the same, but they are sending it out to be patient and wait for the item. It does not take a month and a half to receive an item/parcel. SCAM ARTISTS- they will not refund my money.DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
