Great company, great customer service

The tree is perfect but delivered without knocking at our door even though I was home and expecting it. Thanks, though, we love it and are looking forward to planting it in a bigger pot, ready for next year!

Blue spruce. Bought it at a good price was delivered within 2 days and the tree was far better than I expected, it really is a lovely bushy and well shaped tree. Hoping to plant it in the field after Christmas.

The Christmas tree is really beautiful and healthy and can be planted out in the garden after the festivities are over. Delivery was smooth.

My tree arrived promptly and is perfect. The shape is lovely and it looks just right in my front room. I'm looking forward to planting it in the garden and then bringing it in again next year. Would definitely recommend buying trees from this company.

We ordered a tree at the end of october, and it was supposed to arrive the last week of November. It never came and the company didn't follow up with us until we reached out on Dec 3. They offered to refund 20%, but by Dec 12 it still never came. they did offer a full refund, however we feel very disappointed as we made an effort to order early and still don't have a tree and its 4 days till christmas. Very unreliable.

From ordering on the website to receiving the tree around the time required. Everything went extremely smoothly. The tree is now planted in a larger pot as I hope to try and keep it growing. The tree is a perfect shape regular with plenty of coverage.

The tree is exactly what I ordered. It was packed well and watered so it didn’t dry out in transit.
The reason for the 4* instead of 5 is because it was ordered on express shipping 1-2 days it took 5x days to arrive.
