An independent shop that sells a lovely range of women's clothing. The customer service I received from Nina regarding a complicated return was outstandingly good throughout the process.

My parcel arrived but unfortunately have to return for different size. The ease of return ( first time having to return something) was so simple to follow.

I bought a stunning Peruzzi dress for Christmas during the black Friday sale. The delivery was quick and my order came in 2 days which was great. The dress was fab quality and fit me perfectly.

I placed an order online which was due to be delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I requested DPD to return the package to the company as I didn't realise it was coming from Ireland and would be subject to customs charges of an additional £58. At no point in the buying process are you made aware of this and as the prices are shown in UK Pounds it didn't occur to me this would be the case. However, on looking later at the shipping details it does say additional charges may apply but this should be highlighted at the checkout. The returns process went smoothly and I have received a refund.

I ordered a black fur jacket from Choice Boutique and it arrived 2 days later. It is absolutely lovely. The quality is excellent and the sizing is perfect. I'll definitely buy from them again!

I cannot compliment the staff and service enough. I fell over and ripped a hole in a favourite pair of trousers. I ordered a replacement pair over the weekend and by Wednesday morning they were delivered. The trousers are a perfect replacement so all in all a 10/10 experience.
