The coats are attractive and practical, however, having been a Chilly Dog customer for a very long time, I'm disappointed with the very quick deterioration of the reflective piping. Others in my Whippet group are experiencing the same issue.

Good service and products Took a little bit for order confirmation

Recently ordered 2 harnesses and 2 collars from this company. Let me say how incredibly impressed I was with their service! After hours texts, super helpful emails, and quick and efficient service. Keep up the good work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a dog coat and paid for it in October. I did not receive any contact or confirmation after I placed the order. After emailing Chilly Dogs I was told that my order was back ordered. I have still not received confirmation of my item shipping and have asked for a refund. I am very frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency. I would not order from Chilly Dogs again and wish they would update their website so consumers know if the item they are ordering is available or not upon ordering.

I am sorry to say that this coat did not keep my dog dry.
The wrap around concept guida the water to the chest area that is in polar.
My papillon hates water, so I went all out and bought her this beautiful coat to keep her dry and warm…. Nope.
The back is dry but her chest and belly is wet.
If I can I will attach photos so you can see the water marks

Didn't had to deal with customer service but I made an order, it was sent quickly, packaging was good, I got it in a very short amount of time and it fits both my dogs perfectly following the size chart. I bought 2 head muff. They are both perfectly made. Seems like high quality material and very well made. Tried them on my 2 dogs, they fit perfectly, the shape is well designed.. it will be perfect. They are old dogs and when we go walk, we usually carry them in a backpack when they are too tired. Having something to keep their head/ears warm is what we were looking for! Made in Canada is even better. :)

Customer service was amazing in helping me find the right size for my dog (even during off-hours!!!) The sweater and the jacket fit him perfectly and the quality was great. I will definitely buy again!!

We ordered the Harbor Slicker back in January. It’s the best jacket our dog has ever worn. It helped him brave the Chicago winter. Great quality. Well worth the cost. Great company!

Really great products - we bought both the winter coat and the rain coat for our dog. The team was really great about working with me on the measurements, and our pup Wylie looks great in his digs. :) Very happy, and would highly recommend!

Chilly Dogs makes THE BEST COATS EVER! We have a Vizsla and they fit her perfectly and are so beautiful and durable. We just purchased the harbor slicker and the pink is gorgeous and the fit is spectacular! And of course we have rain in store over the next week so it is great timing! I also love how helpful they are--they double check the sizing and the coat size of every order to ensure a perfect fit. I made an error when measuring this coat and thankfully they reached out and suggested a different size and I am so grateful as it fits like it was made just for my pup with their size recommendation.

We also have a number of their other coats, and there exceptional quality is evident not only in the fit and appearance, but they are extremely durable. We hike regularly and our pup is in and out of the bushes in the Great White and it has never had any abrasions. I highly recommend all of Chilly Dogs products, you will have them for life!

Buying chilly dog jackets is knowing that your getting a very good quality jacket durable and they look so darn cute on my whippet. I love this company and as long as I own a dog they will always wear a chilly dog jacket.

I own 3 chilly dog jackets. They are great quality and hold up well. We just got our alpine jacket and it fits great.

Absolutely awesome! I love how this coat buckles on her back to prevent it from dragging through the mud she loves to walk through. It's nice and long so will cover her fully in the pouring rain we get here in Vancouver. It's light so she won't over-heat. And it's got awesome reflection so she is easily seen! I am super super happy with this coat.
