I placed my order for a jumpsuit on Friday 17th April. The payment was taken and I thought nothing more about it as being a UK based website I thought my order would arrive in plenty of time before I wanted to wear it on Sunday 26th April.

I tracked my order and nothing seemed to be happening. On the 19th april the order was 'on its way'.

I emailed them on the 22nd and my order was being prepared for shipment (from Beijing) and that it would take between 5-10 working days. However I was unable to cancel it as the order had already been processed. Although it hadn't.

My order didn't leave Beijing until the 23rd April - 5 days after the order was placed. I wrote emails on the 23rd, 24th, 26th and still no arrival of my order.

My party came and went and the order didn't arrive until Monday 27th April. I had been told that when my item arrives I could send it straight back but there was no mention of any charges.

When I took it to the post office I was told it would cost £25.00 to do a tracking postage - i could hardly believe it.

Chic und Stil offered me a 25% refund (of £48.99 which works out approx. £10.00) and I could keep the item or i could send back for a full refund but I had to pay for the cost of doing so.

I was absolutely disgusted with the service I have received.

As a gesture of goodwill as the order was late by virtue of the fact it wasn't placed until a week after I ordered it and the company knew i didn't want it as they had tried to cancel it but couldn't - I should not have been made to pay postage to send back to Canada.

The company were very apologetic and have refunded the cost of the jumpsuit but say they are not able to refund the postage as they are unable to refund any amount beyond the original order value. And due to the fact the item was not defective the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This is not made clear on the website and was not mentioned when I was told I could send the item back.

I will not be using this website again as am totally disgusted with how they treat their customers.

I will not be recommending them to friends or family either.

Am now completely out of pocket as had to buy another outfit and send back the original one.

I ordered a T-shirt two weeks ago but have received no shipping information despite several emails from them saying I could track the order via a button that didn't work. I've seen that this company is actually in China, despite its' European sounding name, and have now (too late) also seen a lot of bad reviews. They say they have started an 'enquiry' about my order and I should be patient, but this shipping issue should not be my problem, and I want my money back. I think this is a scam company.

Awful experience. I would never recommend anyone to shop with on this website. I’m still awaiting a refund from months ago. You can’t return they offer vouchers even though their product arrived faulty

chicundstil.com has now rebranded as lunelondon.co.uk. They are not based in London or even in the UK. All the positive reviews look fake or incentivised. By the way, lunelondon.co.uk is banned from Trustpilot because they discovered the same incentivised reviews , check it for yourself. The products they advertise can be found on Temu or AliExpress for a fraction of the price.

The biggest red flag was that they offered me a full refund for a positive review immediately after I placed the order. I then discovered the items are shipped from China. I requested a cancellation within an hour, but it was still refused.

Avoid this company. I had to open a transaction dispute with my bank and got my money back.

I bought a pair of shorts , but at payment a second pair got added to my order that I never authorised . I immediately contacted them and there started the long line of rubbish and side stepping . Firstly they said they couldn’t cancel it as the order had already been sent obviously impossible. Then they told me to contact chic und stil even though I was. Days later I got a message saying the shorts that I ordered no longer could be sent as they no longer existed and I was offered a gift voucher . I immediately declined and repeated I wanted my order cancelled as I was now clearly left with a pair of shorts coming of which I didn’t even authorise purchase and a gift card for a company I would never use . I since have received repeat messages that i need to ask clearly to cancel my order and send that request to the exact email I’m already emailing. We are well over a week in. The order ended up over £100. I am amazed at all these positive reviews amongst the terrible ones as I cannot imagine anything legitimate about this company at this point and the speed of responses suggests bots that offer no solution as well as the product sale process being entirely misleading

I am having great problems trying to communicate with this company regarding an order I placed with them. They have not replied to any of my emails to their customer support. So I wrote a review saying this. They responded with a very charming message that they would be in touch with me, I sent them my order details. 10 days later I STILL have not heard from them. I will continue to post these reviews until they have the courtesy to contact me.

Below you will see exactly the same reply they sent me when I last reviewed them. I have duly sent the information they have asked for - now do I wait for a miracle to happen and get a reply from them???????

AVOID at all costs- not cashmere no labels no care or wash labels wanted to return but have to send back to Canada at own cost - still fighting this out with Amex

First time order was apparently damaged during transit, then it was resent. Still no item and it is showing as not yet dispatched. Requested refund, guess have to wait and see. Disgusting!

Beware!!!! Do not buy from this company also known as Lune London. It's a scam, products (when they finally arrive) are nothing like the pictures. Then to get a refund you have to send the product back - At your own cost- to Canada! Avoid avoid avoid.

Order no.114876. Sneakers for women ordered size 6 way too small when they finally got here. Requested refund. They sent address to send them back to Canada. Omg what a scam . Need to report them to Trading Standards. Melanie Thomas

Please be cautious if this site offers you a 100% discount in exchange for a review of their product and services - they will then email you almost immediately to let you know that you were ‘just too late’ to qualify and instead offer a discount for your next order.

Feels very disingenuous to me.

Prompt delivery and very pleased with the cardigan I bought. It would be good to have a care label in the garment and surprising that this is not there, but I'm very happy with the item and the customer service. Thank you

Point one, this is not a London based company, it is a cover page for a Chinese cheap outlet.
Point 2, You will not get 100% refunded if you give a positive review, as it will be passed the five minute time window.
Point 3, Your order hasn't already been dispatched when you try to cancel it, five minutes after you ordered it because you made a mistake.
Point 4, You will not be able to return products as the system is too geared to the seller.
Point 5, You will never get a full refund, you will end up settling for a 75% refund just to get shot of them.
If this is the future of internet shopping then god help us.

The quality is so poor. nothing like the photographs. the items are creased, thin, and unwearable - the jackets are the worse quality i have even seen
I tried to get a refund and they are dishonest stating that I bought the items from their sister company, even though their email address is the company I purchased the items from.
They also state that there is a mix up with the two companies at the time of using paypal which is not correct as paypal was not used.
The invoice i sent them is clear - I know where I bought the items from as i can see from the receipt and my bank statement! please stay away from this company

I cannot see how there are five star reviews on here as the quality is that poor. i cannot wear my items

Very bad quality shoes and bad service from the courier they used!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The website experience was great with good product visuals. A size guide combined with the models height and chest size of garment he was wearing.

A very competitive price and smooth transaction with the order.

Awful quality, they suggested that if I gave them a good review they would refund 100% of the price of the product, but they didn’t, when I questioned this they argued that it was only 50% even though I had the email telling me it was 100%
Do not buy from this company! It’s a con!
