I paid $200 extra for foam protection

I paid $200 extra for foam protection, a good deal of which was ripped off during transport as it was not protected on an open trailer. This foam should have been wrapped in plastic to keep it from tearing off , or at least, required the hotshot driver to cover it with a tarp.

This is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. We totally agree with you: the foam should have been wrapped in plastic or covered with a tarp by the driver to avoid tearing. We will seriously follow up with the logistics team and the shipping driver to fix this issue for future orders.

Pleased with all areas

Pleased with all areas. Juan the fellow at the yard in North Highland was very helpful doing a great job of showing me inventory and explaining details of the different units. Pricing , shipping and info very timely. Fits our need perfectly would recommend others consider these units.

I went to pick my tool cabinet up in…

I went to pick my tool cabinet up in Maryland. I live in New Jersey and it was quite a ride to your location to pick this up. Your employees lifted the tool cabinet and dropped it off the forklift. Heavily damaged. they mentioned they have another toolbox that was supposed to go to auction that they can give me.
I asked ,was it the same condition box, they assured me it was.
when I got home with the box. And unwrapped this cabinet ,I realized why it was going to auction. It had corrosion and rust growing underneath of the paint , just about every drawer and doors where affected ,as if this unit was left out in the weather or dropped off the ship and fished out of the ocean salt water. it was wrapped with cellophane and could not be completely inspected at the pick up yard . When I contacted your company I sent them pictures of the corrosion. they originally told me I could NOT return it. It was buy as is. Then later they gave me two choices keep the box I have and they’ll give me credit back $300 , or drive the box back to Maryland and they’ll give a full refund. after many emails, back-and-forth and threatening with different state entities involved, they agreed to refund and pick the box up at my residence in New Jersey. All I wanted them to do was bring me a new undamaged , non defective tool cabinet. at this point they are only offering to give me a refund and come to get the tool cabinet. This problem is not over as of this writing. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with.
I gave this company a one star. the only reason why is because there was not a zero star the professionalism of this company needs to be reanalyzed and radically changed. You should not have to fight any company when you buy a product that is this defective. They’ll do anything to take your money and everything to keep it.

Quality Control

Quality Control - The unit was dirty inside with spiders and webs. The door handle is rusty and the door has no sweep or seal to keep weather or bugs and ants out. Plumbing on side is open no caps to keep out bugs and critters till its plumbed. The Window does not come with the pull down screen this is an additional $130.00 and if you don't get, you can't open window without bugs coming in. The Unit is expensive and should have been cleaned, have a sealed door, caps for all plumbing on side and come with the pull down screen for the window. Delivery 4/18/2026

Outdoor restroom exceeded my…

Outdoor restroom exceeded my expectations. Details and craftsmanship excellent. My only nitpick is the door has no weather striping seal, door chain stopper, or adjustable door closer. Other than that 5 stars.

6” wood chipper.

This machine is a beast. Great produce for the price. I was contemplating multiple rentals of a 6 hydraulic chipper. Glad I did not. The only difference is this unit does not have a hydraulic feed. This chipped a 6” branch with no problem. You just have to feed it in. Controlled manner. I Rand for 5 hours with no problem.

The order was slow

The order was slow, but it did arrive. I assume it came from overseas. I thought I needed this, but found it was a water issue supply instead. But, I did open the package, but did not use it. I guess I will store it somewhere in case I need it one day.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Used the online chat feature last week and it states that you will receive answers in 24 hours. Never got an answer. Hard to trust a company who won't even respond.
