I purchased a house from Lee Gates of CPS and it went well. The price was fair and Lee treated me well. There was a situation that came up (not either of our faults) that I won’t get into, but needless to say, they got the bad end of the deal, but still sold me the house anyway when they didn’t have to. They could’ve canceled the contract, but honored their word.
