We ordered spare DSW Legs, were told payment was accepted and that the order would be sent out within 24-48 hours, heard nothing for a month, they didn't respond to my emails or phone calls so raised a complaint with PayPal. Chair Furniture responded straightaway saying there was a problem with my payment even though records on PayPal showed it was made so I presented various receipts of proof, heard nothing for a few weeks so escalated it with PayPal and got my money back - felt like they were scamming us.

Please do NOT use this company!!!
It is a scam - they will take the money and keep sending you emails with not existing ref nr for delivery.
They also keep saying that it takes longer as the items come from France.

Extremely poor customer service.
I ordered cushions, but couldn't follow shipping process because you need to sign up to the site. Once signed up, it says that there is no order on record. I have since sent emails, used their direct messaging function and left telephone messages (telephone number has changed), to no avail. It is impossible to follow the order because no one is their to respond. I am now trying to cancel the order because it looks like a scam, and can't do that either. If someone out there knows how to reach them, please tell me how.

We placed an order on 23 February, pleased at the stated turnaround times for orders on the company's FAQ: "The initial preparation of the order takes between 24 and 48 hours, then the order is delivered within 1-2 business days. These times are indicative and may vary." This would suggest that we could reasonable have expected delivery of our order within a week or so. As at 13 March, 18 days after the order was placed, we have not received a despatch notification and attempts to contact the company via their telephone number and by the chat function on their website have been unsuccessful. Even accounting for some supply problems, I would at the very least expect an update on the status of my order within this period. Unless my latest attempts to contact the company are successful, I would suggest that other potential customers are very wary about using their services.

Even though Brexit made a chaos out of this order, contact was always friendly and solutions easily found. My daughter is more than happy about her really stylish chairs and table.
