Felt like they were scamming us...
We ordered spare DSW Legs, were told payment was accepted and that the order would be sent out within 24-48 hours, heard nothing for a month, they didn't respond to my emails or phone calls so raised a complaint with PayPal. Chair Furniture responded straightaway saying there was a problem with my payment even though records on PayPal showed it was made so I presented various receipts of proof, heard nothing for a few weeks so escalated it with PayPal and got my money back - felt like they were scamming us.
