Quick and easy process. Agents were very informational and make sure they answer all your questions.
The quote was fair in my opinion. The online application is also very easy to follow. They will actually give you a price offer at the end, unlike others where they only say “Someone will be in contact soon.”
The pick-up is also quick, once you have already coordinated a schedule. The only bump I would say is the communication about setting up the pick-up appointment. A different service provider is in charge of pick-up, so there was confusion on our part and couldn’t get everything coordinated the first few days. Make sure you have a full day available for the pick-up schedule since they can’t guarantee a time frame.
