Less than one star applied for free 3 days and was charged straight away had to cancel cards and cancel all subscriptions to a number of different things - absolute stay away from at all costs

Scam. Three day trial offered, twelve month subscription taken. Incredibly hard to unsubscribe. Still working on that. Fraud.

Fraud & scam beware! They advertise 3 day free trial and once you sign up they immediately charge 60 USD without any notice or confirmation!

Scam. Do not use this app. Signed up for a 3 day free trial and was then charged for 3 subscriptions to other apps immediately. Raised with customer services and got no help whatsoever saying I subscribed which j must definitely do not. I cannot query the transaction with my bank as it has no details supplied on the transaction.

It's a scam. Signed up for three days free trial and this company took £14 immediately and ignored my complaint and emails to cancel transactions. Now taken £25 and ignoring my emails. The subscription does not appear in apple subscriptions either so only way to cancel is via their customer service. Avoid at all costs. Would rate it ZERO.

Should have read the reviews - have been completely scammed. What a joke that Apple continues to let people buy and suscribe to this fraudulent app.

Scam, stay away from it! It is not working and you’ll get charged for the trial.

Total fraud. I couldn’t get through to anything and was charged multiple times for my “free trial”. Have been trying to cancel since I signed up but can’t get through to cancel. My credit card company will dispute but don’t go near them!

Scam. Same as all other reviews. You get charged straight away when you sign up for trial and also get charged for other services that somehow got enabled. Reported as fraudulent. Waiting for bank to get back to me.

Total scam. Signed up for the 3-day trial but got charged right away. To make it worst, the app wasn't even giving me any usage - it kept saying I had to pay - what's the point of downloading something on a trial basis when it's still asking me to pay?? And to get them to stop charging my account was such a painful process. On top of it, there were charging me every other week random amounts for random things that I supposedly signed up for.

SCAM! I wish I’d read all the awful reviews before going for the ‘free’ three day trial. Absolute disgusting and it shouldn’t be allowed on the Apple platform. You can’t get hold of them and they have now taken three payments in the three free day trial!! I contacted my bank to block anymore payments and they just changed their name to something else! Avoid in every single way!!

Scam, product rubbish, doesn’t use measurements / photos just plonks random (dated) furniture within own measurements- there are good AI tools this definitely is not one. Signs you upto add ons you rejected - canceled as via there protocol email & also online & still took payment.

Absolutely awful. Company refuses to refund charges which were unreasonable (you can't leave the page without proceeding with the app subscription) despite contacting the support team minutes after the charges were made.

Scam! signed up for 3 day free trial and it just started attempting withdrawals from my account. Luckily, i signed up with a Monzo virtual card and so deleted the card. Monzo immediately suspected something and declined the payments before I caught on to it. Avoid like the plague

Please avoid this scam app. Their free trial is a scam they would charge you, despite you receive emails that your account has been cancelled

Don’t click anything. Instead of simply downloading the app, it charges you multiple subscriptions and in my case, despite instructions to cancel on my profile, the cancel button was NOT there.

Offered a 3-day free trial and proceeded to immediately charge my credit card £14.79, as well as enrol me in three different subscriptions with obscene prices and for things I hadn't agreed to. When I tried to cancel any recurrent payments coming out, I got an automated email saying I had to log in via a browser instead of the app to request cancellation - except the website doesn't have a login function. I have reported the app to the Apple Store and its ad to Instagram. Be certain I will be fighting every charge via my credit card company, but as I am sure you'll continue to try to scam people via every route possible, I hope this review reaches someone before they click anything to do with you.
