Excellent customer service. I saw a good deal for original Epson multi cartridges on Cartridgeland's website, so I placed an order. Ansar from Cartridgeland called me the next day to inform me that the items I ordered were out of stock, but he could offer me Cartridgeland's equivalent product for half the price with a full refund guarantee if there was a problem; unknown to me at the time there was a problem with my printer through no fault of Cartridgeland. I explained my predicament to Sam, the sales agent dealing with my order. He put me in touch with Asam in Customer Service and within two days I had received a full refund together with an apology for the troubles I'd experienced. FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not a bad company, responsive on refund, I just dont agree with advertising something you cant deliver and 'enthusiastic' call trying to get me to switch to generic.

I would have to leave a 5 star review for customer service and I received my refund within 24 hours because of the fantastic honest communication I wouldn’t hesitate to return but I’ll call to check availability

Cartridge Land use a bait and switch technique to get your business. They draw you in by offering branded cartridges at prices far below their competitors online then ring you the next day and say they are 'unfortunately' out of stock of the branded product, but they have generic cartridges at a 'very' good price. Don't fall for their con. Just had a call from Ansar myself and will also be reporting to Trading Standards because I recorded the call. Despite the below reply from this company there is proof from many previous reviews that they actually never have the item in stock and use the same script to deceive you into buying remanufactured stock that never works. This is a lesson to only buy from trusted companies and never go for the cheaper option. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Cartridgeland did to me what it is doing to everyone else. Says they are out of stock and quite forcefully get you to buy their cheaper compatible ones, wish I’d read reviews first. Thankfully I held out and kept asking for refund. Hope I get it soon.

I ordered genuine HP replacement cartridges because they were a good price. I then received a phone call from Asam saying that they were out of stock and would I like to take they compatible premium ones instead. I was very dubious about compatible cartridges from previous experience. Asam talked me round offering free returns if they did not work. Cartridges arrived. Put into printer perfect and half the price. I will be placing another order in the future.

Twice I have tried to order from this company, two months apart. Each time "dispatch" have rung me to say there has been a mix up and a "local collection" must have got to the Cartridges I ordered, so they no longer have them in stock, but I can have their own brand.. if I wanted an own brand, I would have ordered an own brand. Avoid this company

Ordered OEM product only to receive a phone call advising there had been a stock error and they were no available . Was offered aftermarket !! in place .

Looks like the product they offer are compatibles !!
My advise is to phone before ordering to avoid disappointment.
The one star is for return of payment swiftly !

I ordered an OEM Brother cartridge, needed urgently, but it was out of stock. Ansar promptly rang, explained the situation, and arranged for two of their own guaranteed replacement cartridges for the same price as that one OEM item. The cartridges arrived first thing the next day, and are working perfectly. Top marks to Ansar and his colleagues.
Having been let down by poorly performing non-OEM cartridges in the past, I shall in future buy from this excellent company, and recommend them to my friends.

I bought a multi-pack of Brother compatible toner cartridges from Cartridge Land a few weeks ago. I had a problem with one of the cartridges which the printer would not recognise and the company sent a replacement cartridge immediately. Just thought I'd thank them publicly.

Total bait and switch scam.

Unfortunately read these reviews too late. Ordered some oem HP cartridges and they called to say they were out of stock but had replacement cartridges that were just as good; claimed they had “original HP chips” and were guaranteed to work. They even offered to send two sets. Unfortunately that just meant twice as useless.

The cartridges worked quite poorly from the start, but was good enough for my needs. But leave them without printing for a week or more and they dry out, printing useless partial colours and print. Replaced the first set with the second after a month or so and same experience. Complete scam.

Ordered and paid for OEM cartridges, payment taken by third party platform then nothing. No sign of an order confirmation email. Rang next day (Sales number). Given a feeble excuse they tried to ring to say it was out of stock then an attempt to fob off their own refills. After an assertive chat with their fella, a refund was made arriving three days later. Nil correspondence throughout suspiciously.

Lessons?…. Never let your guard down. Check reviews beyond a firms own platform, and be suspicious of bargains. They fit the description of ‘Bait and Switch practitioners’ well. The one star is for the refund.

Update 28/01/25…
Then, an order confirmation email arrives 3am, two days after a refund, 5 days after the purchase. If you’re tempted to buy from these people, good luck. Best avoided I say.

Emailed this company to confirm that the OEM cartridge I'm after is in stock before placing an order - says it us on their website. No reply, so tried to call but no answer. Draw your own conclusions!

Don’t trust them! Ordered Brother OEM cartridges for my printer on Friday expecting them to be delivered early the following week . Turns out that on Tuesday the following week they realised they were out of stock. Got a phone call offering two lots of compatible cartridges instead - refused and said want OEM (I can get compatible for about 30% of the price from them!!) when this was turned down was offered 50% refund and one kit of compatible cartridges- I’d already said no interest in compatible ones! Why try and rip me off! OEM were £70, compatible £22 for a set!! Don’t trust them!!

Good remanufactured cartridges, good price, speedy delivery.

Brilliant company. Fast delivery and excellent communication . Kindly phoned to tell me item was out of stock and suggested another option which worked out half the price. Was concerned it would not be compatible with my printer but was assured if it wasn’t they would refund me…shouldn’t have worried worked brilliantly which the Amazon one didn’t!! Would highly recommend
