Great service at Kearys car store little island. David and warren were very easy to deal with. Delighted with my new car.

I recently bought a Toyota Yaris from Kearys Car Store, Little Island, Cork. I would highly recommend them.

The car I called about was sold so Eoghan arranged for a similar one to be brought down from Dublin for me to test drive.

I arranged to testdrive the car & decided to buy it. All throught the process, everyone I dealt with - Eoghan, Mark, Daniel, Warren & Paul - were very helpful in every aspect of buying the car. Eoghan arranged for it to be delivered to my home, which I really appreciated.

We bought a low mileage Mini Cooper from Kearys last June. 3 months later we had to replace the clutch. It was €1800 euro and thankfully they split the cost with us. However, we recently had an issue with the brakes. Our mechanic couldn't understand why the driver's side brakes had worn down but the left side was fine. After several days he figured out that the back brake pads on the driver's side had been put on the front and the front on the back. We attempted to contact them multiple times without response. They might be ok selling new cars, but AVOID of buying used cars from them unless you don't mind spending endless amounts of money fixing their lemons.

After three years, I decided to keep the same car. I'd been trying to contact someone about continuing the loan since February. When they found out I didn't want a new car, they ignored me. When I finally managed to contact the person handling the loans, my loan was almost up. After coordinating with the Finance manager, I emailed all the necessary documents for further financing. It turned out that my email was read just as the bank had already charged the entire loan amount for the car. This charged my account, creating a massive overdraft. After speaking with my bank, I managed to get my money back. I thought my stress was over. Unfortunately, a week later, the situation repeated itself. I had a massive overdraft again. I went to the dealership in person and waited an hour for the Finance manager to speak with me. During the conversation, he tried to blame me for not submitting the documents on time, and for the bank doing it without his knowledge. His incompetence was astounding. He couldn't explain his mistakes. He tried to discredit me by pretending he didn't understand me. Although, until now, no one had a problem selling me a car. After failing to resolve anything with this man, I was forced to handle the matter myself. As a result, my bank charged me twice the overdraft fee. Which is nothing compared to the stress I experienced twice!

I dealt with Eoghan Goggin and to say he couldn't do enough for us is an understatement. I have purchased many cars throughout the years and have never dealt with someone so diligent and quick to attend to our every needs.
We purchased a fab Audi A1 for our daughter and the car is perfect. i would highly recommend Eoghan to anyone who wants to deal in Kearys Car Store Cork.

I had a wonderful experience with Alan and the rest of the staff. Alan even went out of his way to deliver my car to my home and drop me back at work — really appreciated that!
I took the liberty to save 1 star, just because I’ve recently bought the car and want to see how things go throughout the year with the service they’ve promised. But so far, so good!

I will never buy a car here again!! I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona off Carstore less than a year ago. I have had nothing but issues since! When buying the car they have loads of time for you and will take your call no problem. As soon as there is an issue they go into hiding and don't return your calls. My first issue was tension belts and that cost over 1000 to fix and was only sorted cause under manufacturers warranty. Now less than a year after buying this car the engine has packed up on it. Carstore will not stand over it in anyway. LESS THAN A YEAR!! I would advice everyone to go elsewhere for a car even if you have to pay a little extra because its not worth it. This was my first and last time going here.

Warren and Duncan were extremely friendly and helpful. Attentive and had no issues. Would recommend.

Great and easy process to buy a car, my sales rep Duncan was very patient and understanding of my budget and didn’t push or advise any cars that were over my maximum budget. I appreciate that I wasn’t being tried at any major upsells. Very smooth ordeal would recommend purchasing a car here.

I baught my Car in Jan 2026. The sales poerson David was excellent, very helpful and professional. I was very happy with the trade in value given for my previous car and the whole process was very easy. Warren in finance made the process very straighforward and provided an very competitive rate for finance. All in all couldn't have been more satisfied. I had two small issues with the car and the after sales service was excellent very helpful and all issues were resolve immediately without any fuss.

Did buy from them GLA250E Year 22. At the start you are welcome to leave your money. Later when needs to be fixed hard to get them even to speak and organize service. So if you are not local don't buy, you will need to spend more time sort out by yourself and spend your own money.

FRIDAY INFORMED ME OVER THE PHONE THAT CAR IS AVAILABLE, VERY WELCOME TO COME FOR VIEWING. SATURDAY, I DRIVING 260km ONE WAY AND OTHER GUY TOLD ME THAT THIS CAR....... IS SOLD !!!!!!! NOT RIGHT NOW, ONLY FEW DAYS BEFORE !!!! OTHER THING IS. THIS SAME CAR IS STILL ADVERTISED FOR 18 DAYS ON DONE DEAL !!!!!! TOTALLY IDIOTS !!!!!

Shocking to deal with. Never rang, texted, nothing. Didn’t even move the car I wanted to view. Had €30,000 to spend. I’ll be going else where.

I dropped my Hyundai in for a full service and I picked it up the following day. 3 days later the dpf diesel particulate filter light came on. I bought the car back and they kept me waiting 2 and 1/2 hours to solve that problem. Their customer service is crap. I will never use them again.

Duncan was especially helpful in dealing with the faulty car i got from Keaeys and finally resolved the issue. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Alan was great to deal with in the carstore. He was very informative and did his best to give us a great deal on a stunning car. Warren held all the documentation with professionalism and overall the process was a breeze. I would recommend the carstore to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

There was a minor issue with the car and the garage took it back and delivered it back within hours in perfect condition. Very supportive and reliable customer service and support. Delighted with my purchase.

My experience here was great by far the best car dealership I have had the pleasure to deal with they are very welcoming and make you feel at ease as buying a car can be stressful. Thanks to Abanoub who helped me and my partner with buying our car from start to finish he was an absolute diamond he is a credit to that company.

Mark & Warren were absolute Gents in helping us get our next car, our first EV.
