I ordered a bathing suit from Carine Store. It was delayed from the expected delivery date and the tracking options were almost non-existent. When it arrived, it did not look quite as pictured, with the fit and because it was a white bathing suit there was an added layer to the top half to prevent see-through but looked terrible and was not visible on the picture. The bathing suit had scallops which were very poorly cut and overall quality was not good. Their return policy is absolutely terrible and does not cover lingerie/underwear/earrings per the site. You have to speak to a representative to even initiate a return and the lady said a bathing suit would not be covered per their policy although this is not explicitly included in the aforementioned listing of unrefundable returns. The Carine Store website is garbage and completely un-user friendly. Overall the worst costumer service experience I have had with a company.

Terrible delivery and impossible communication when something needs to be returned. My advice is “go to the mall”!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!! I ordered two items. The swim suit I ordered a large even though I wear a medium. And still the sides only covered not even half of my breasts. Now they say swimsuits are not returnable for hygiene reasons. The shoes I ordered don’t fit properly. The ankle strap is fixed so you can’t adjust, leaving a floppy strap. Returns to China at your own expense. I am also unable to open the return form. My computer blocks it saying it is not a safe and secure site!

I ordered a windbreaker on 7/2/19 for an upcoming vacation. The order confirmation had no delivery date. I reached out via email asking for the estimated date as I needed it by 7/17/19. Received a reply saying I would receive by then. When I got tracking information. The items was sitting in China. I emailed multiple times re:the delay and not needing item. Finally delivered 7/29/19. Returning was a nightmare. I only received the refund after emails requesting it. Posted on 9/2/19. Do yourself a favor and never order from them.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the over sized coat! It came with the pocket sewn upside down which makes it unusable. Several emails and they would not let me return it without paying a huge shipping cost. The issue was that I could not send a picture of the upside down pocket INSIDE the coat. Very unhappy about a coat with an upside down not usable pocket.

Stay away from Carine Store, there are way better online shopping options. They have the nerve to sell in Canada but when it comes to returning items, the return address is in China. I knew the item was made in China but at the very least, they should have a Canadian address for returns. I repeat, stay away!

Poorly made, expensive, unsuitable item returned with their return confirmation number on May 16. Postage had to be paid by me to the UK. I e-mailed them numerous times, but have not received my refund in 3 and a 1/2 months.
Be very careful with your orders. You might be just wasting your time and money.

My wife ordered goods that were unsuitable. Return policy made the ship back within 24 hours to UK. GB. Shipping back cost $130. The package was shipped to her from Markham Ontario. Thought we were dealing with a local company. This is a dishonest company that does not value its customers. In business for the short term with maximum profit. Only possible reason for doing business this way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I had the same experience as others with the coat. This is a terrible business. Don’t buy. Put them out of business. Coat is awful. Poorly made and dumpy looking. Return policy not worth the trouble.

Do not buy from this company! They do not do business in good faith. I ordered a raincoat which took 4 weeks to arrive from China, the raincoat was not suitable, poorly made and far too large. I contacted Carine Store regarding returning it and was eventually advised to return it to an address in the UK which is absurd, The coat cost me CA$75, the postage to mail it to the UK was CA$40 and despite taking photos of the package clearly showing the address, the date and the postage Courtney advises me as I did not track it and cannot show a signature of delivery they are unable to give me a refund as the ‘the relevant department’ did not receive it. To track the item would have cost more in postage than the cost of the coat.

I ordered a raincoat. It took several weeks to arrive. It was too large. After emailing Courtney a couple of times I was told to return it to China for an exchange. I did - the postage was $25. I have not heard anything for a couple of months and no response to my email requests for information on the exchange.

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering the rain coat.
It's too big and i was told to return it to China...the postage is more than the priced of the coat.

I ordered a rain coat two and a half month ago. I have sent almost ten mails. Each time they said it is in transit. Still no money back or na raincoat. Please don’t but anything.

I bought 2 items, which were not cheap, both came ugly looking and different from the picture, one of them even had a stain. It took almost two months to get my money back! I also had to pay for the international return. Some of my emails to the customer service remained never answered. Worst experience ever!

I ordered a coat and a sweater July 17. Here we are at August 13, nearly one month and no sign of the items. I get the response that a refund cannot be processed until I get the items. I contacted my Credit Card provider. They say in 30 days they will give me a refund and open a dispute. Courtney from Carine must be their only employee. I have tracked the item and it has not moved in 20 days. Just don’t order from this company. If there was an option for -stars they would get a -10. UPATE.

I got the order today. The sweater would not fit a child. I wear a size 6 and it does not meet and the armpits are the size of the wrists. I am a knitter and could have done a better job. Not at all what was in the photo. The coat was blue, not grey and cheaply made. I took pictures immediately as per their refund policy and sent them in. I will advise my CC tomorrow as well if I do not get satisfaction and a refund.

UPDATE August 28, 2019
I received my return confirmation and immediately went to Canada Post and sent the items back, cost me $87 but the total order was $300 so it was worth it. Canada Post says it will arrive in UK in 8 days, which is today, day 8. I will check tracking at the end of the day.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 shirts close to a month ago. Nothing so far. My tracking # no longer works. Horrible service..

I would not advise buying from this store. The shipment was longer than was expected and the information to return the item is not available. My attempts to communicate are ignored.

I spent over £50 on a rain coat, it took 6 weeks to arrive and it is ABSOLUTELY nothing like the one in the picture, it is horrible. Now in the process of trying to get my money back, but so far having no joy. Would have given it no stars but there is not an option for this

We were in the process of launching our website and somehow at the same time this company took our name that we’ve had for 20 years and put ads against our company. carine-store.com is not the same store as the store based in Scottsdale, AZ and brand selling throughout the nation.

We’ve been dealing with their customers after no responses from their company. This company is the SAME company as LOOSELY STORE. Google search their name and you’ll see “loosely store scam” which takes legitimate company names and images to con people.

Ordered rain jacket June 16th. Never received it. After multiple emails and IM requesting refund got no response.
Posted on FB warning others not to buy from this company and was blocked.
