Great customer service experience

I had some issues with the payment and I was contacted very fast by Lanie Van Der Berg. She helped me set up everything needed and I was able to get access to the courses. Everything went quite fast and smooth, I am exited to start with the education now

Registering onto a PRINCE2 course was smoothe and easy as I was assigned an account manager to support me. Lanie was very helpful in addressing an issue I had with payment and it was sorted out quickly.

Very good service and great courses

Very good service and great courses. Price was also extremely good value. The course set up is clever, easy to access and brilliantly set out. Customer service through Lanie is fast friendly and efficient. I will definitely keep using this company and I highly recommend it to others.

Career smart- Lanie

I have been speaking to Lanie over the past few months regarding a Prince2 foundation course and she has been so patient with me. She has provided so much detail about the course and always was quick with her response. I went through a bereavement and she was so understanding and did not pressure me with anything. I can’t wait to get started now and have her along the journey.

Positive experience booking BA training
