Zero English language skills, zero customer support! They claim they have items in stock and are shipped, which are not, and they don't provide a tracking number. Can't reach them on the phone and no reply via email. They won't cancel the order and issue a refund. I will have to call my bank and ask for a chargeback. AVOID!!!

I was chasing a relatively rare part for an older Ducati - Having searched the internet, I managed to find the part at Carbon4us. Living in Australia there is always concerns with shipping and timely delivery.
Carbon4us ticked all the boxes with excellent price, shipping and communication. Will definitely be going back to their business for future requirements.

Ordered more than once, always everything fine!

I’ve always had a great experience with Carbon4us. Shipping is almost always fast—I even received a package in less than 24 hours from placing the order, which is rare with other stores. Also, whenever I needed assistance, their support team was helpful and patient, guiding me through any questions without any hassle. Overall, a really positive shopping experience, and I highly recommend them!

Utterly unprofessional and careless staff with really bad customer service, had to go back and forth for 2 months untill they managed to send me the correct part that I have ordered.

I ordered just one item, how hard can it be to send the correct piece from the first try? Apparently really hard, because they managed to send me wrong parts twice.

I finaly managed to get my order, but it took way too long and cost me too much headache.

The ordered exhaust didn't fit my bike and it was caused by a misunderstanding.

Due to holidays in Spain the first reply took a while but after that Pablo communicated almost daily to get the issue solved. He also needed a feedback from the manufacturer which apparently took a while too.

They accepted the return of the item and proceeded to refund the total order amount.

Didn't work this time but due to their customer service I'll go back to their shop again.

Another purchase successfully completed. I have bought from Carbon4us many times, and their service has always been excellent. On one occasion, there was an error, and they resolved it immediately at no additional cost and with great kindness. I highly recommend them 100%.

I want to share my experience with you guys because I don't want you guys to repeat the same mistake as me

I ordered a motorcycle exhaust from Carbon4us. I sent an email before purchasing to check if they have the product in stock and Carbon4us said they have. Then I ordered and received the product but it was not the product which one I ordered :0 wow ...

And I sent an email saying that I received a different product than what I ordered. Their first response was that refunds are not possible, but exchanges are possible (I contacted them 14 days before receiving the item, but they said refunds are absolutely not possible.)

So I contacted them and returned the item. (They contact me once a week no matter how many times you email them)

Carbon4us received the item, said that the styrofoam protecting the product was slightly damaged and that the part could not be exchanged.

I think, they sell product which one they really dont have on stock

They said that you can only take it back,this is only way
even they asked for the shipping cost to send it back.

So I told this story to my company's team member
he sent email about European law

it was super funny . They said that between me and them diidnt have problem, also i accepted back very clearly, and I paid the return shipping cost myself with out pressure

I am currently living in Poland and considering legal action about this case

i got it back under their pressure after 2 months
* If I had not said that I would back the item, they would have kept silent until now

worst customer service ever - avoid this at any cost. Ordered a carbon fender for my 748, received this and the fender simply did not fit. I contacted them, and they blamed me that "i don't know how to fit this" and that I should make another hole (!) on the swing arm (!). I told them, that they have not given as instruction at their site, in order to avoid buying this, and they told me that you don't know. After big push, they accepted to return the fender (which I could not use at all, since no fit on the bike) and now they tell me that I have made scratches and they simply don't return money (lost 300 euro = fender & return pay from Greece). Avoid this at any cost. The guy is simply rude, unprofessional, not reliable, and not trustful.

Everything went perfectly, even though part of the order was out of stock. They sent the first part of the order to my home. Very fast shipping, professionalism, and the OEM products made this experience top-notch.

great customer service, i had my package returned back to them due to missing the apartment number from my address, which it was my fault. i contacted customer service, got a fast and friendly respond back, all dough it took over a month for the package to get back to carbon4us, they answered all my questions and shipped my package for free.
