I would give 5 if didn’t forget my 3 dogs made delayed 2 weeks plus one of IVDD result ( all 3 my toy poodles ) if it is common on small size breed then why it is risk? But at least promised I will get result before Christmas you guys kept the promise for that thank you.

Very fast turn around. Fantastic price for the amount of testing included. Customer service reps are awesome at answering questions.

The results are unclear. I see “At Risk”, but when I go to see if carrier or affected I don’t know which it is. Affected means no breeding, while carrier means can be bred to a normal/clear mate.
Sort of confusing…

Love that CHC includes intensity testing in their package. Also, that they give merle base pair numbers. Just an overall, comprehensive package of tests for a very reasonable price.

the time it takes to get results was over 2 weeks and the fact that the coco was not included delayed my process even more i still have not received that even though i paid the extra as soon as i found out and also was told they put an expedite on it for me. service is too slow ... other than than gives lots of info but dont know if i would use again.
