Hind site, we should have rented the 6 person unit (it was cheaper).. however the Van was what we wanted, and it was fun without being overwhelming.

If the choice of vehicle isn't a big issue the Saver pack is great. Honestly all 3 options are pretty good so I think this is a no brainer. We were very happy with our Maxi Travel Camper (TCA). The interior was large and very usable for 2 people especially the sleeping area, it was much bigger than classic small RVs. The truck itself was very comfortable, powerful and economical (because of the diesel engine). We averaged 14.7 lt/100km over near 1900kms. Only downside is its very high center of gravity and soft suspension mean it turns into a bouncy house on some of Canadas roads and we've had some things inside fly around and break. Would still recommend and will myself probably rent the same vehicle again.

If you want to save some money, this is the product you got to buy. And it’s the best because what you save on selecting an specific vehicle, you can use it to add some km packs! The difference is that the select the vehicle available for the day you pickup, instead of having to move one vehicle from a location to another.

The vehicle is DVC camper. Easy to drive and park. Comfortable to move in and out of the vehicle when parked. Inside of the camper is well arranged with amenities for 2 people. The sofa turned bed is little small for 2 tall people. Storage is ample, The stove, fridge and furnace work fine. The linen and kitchen supplies are also ample and good quality. Seats for the dryer is not cushioned enough for long stretch of driving. The van comes with one key, 2 sets of keys will be better. The curtain on the side widows are good. But there is no light blocking curtain on 2 large glasses/windows in the rear by the side of the bed, that allows light in and reduces privacy. The screen for the driver area windscreen and windows can be improved for better hanging. Overall the vehicle is good for driving and camping.

Quite big for their smallest RV and comsume a ton of gas. It makes a lot of noise while driving, thus it can be hard to hear music or have a discussion with a passenger. But it’s really confortable once installed and deployed.
