I used to rely on this dry cleaner for…

I used to rely on this dry cleaner for a significant amount of business because the service was consistently excellent. Claudia, in particular, always provided outstanding customer care and made the experience seamless.

Unfortunately, the service has declined considerably. The staff who answer the phone are often unfriendly and unhelpful, promotions are advertised but not honored, and the customer experience feels frustrating rather than service-oriented. Most recently, I entered a promotion into the system, only to be told after my order was picked up that it would not be applied. Being informed of this after the pickup feels misleading and dishonest.

What was once a dependable, customer-focused business no longer operates at the standard that earned my loyalty. As a result, I will be reconsidering my options moving forward.

I wish I can give a negative star

I wish I can give a negative star. They completely ruin my new coat , it cost over 2000, it has stains that need to remove , nobody call me or tell me that the stain cannot be remove unless it will destroy the fabric, they did it, completely destroy my coat and try to deny their responsibility . I have a pair of pant to match it and so they cannot deny . The location is on Lafayette street . Don’t ever use that . I am really upset -
