Unfortunately, although the services are good, the prices are far too high. I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay over 50% more from one year to the next for the same services.
It’s a shame. I don’t recommend this company because of its unreasonable pricing policy. We no longer trust it. Next year, they might raise prices again without any problem. It’s better to look for more reliable alternatives.
clearly the company does not want to keep customers. It failed to change a key filter for the incoming water which visibly had not been changed for years and instead of acknowledging the lack of thoroughness in even pointing this filter out they were just not interested. I will never use them again

I believe that the water softener installed in February 2025 has never worked. We have proof that it "ate" é( kg of salt in 10 days. Now we can not get technician to visit. Is this now a case of legal action. Guarantee seems to be for nothing. Sad situation

On my second BWT water filter in a week, both have leaked between the filter housing and the inlet/outlet connections no amount of ptfe tape will solve the problem
Our BWT Perla has broken now for the 2nd time in just 5 years. First time they replaced many parts and 1 hour of labor was 800 Sfr. Now the main body of plastic broke and they claim it's from over-pressure, yet there is a reduction before the Perla set at 3.5 bar. They want another 1500 Sfr to fix the unit. They are just greedy and overpriced. I can find a comparable unit for just 700 Sfr brand new,
Purchased pool pump. After 4 weeks corrosion appeared. Pump is not cheap, but is made from second grade material. My former pool pump lasted 20 years, this one short circuited after 3 weeks.
