OUTSTANDING, REPUTABLE AND FAIR
It was truly a pleasure to do business with The BuyBack Platform. I sent three old iPhones to them, after getting the price they offered to me online. The entire process was seamless. There was one issue regarding one of the phones. It was attached to an Apple ID and we had no idea of the account, user name or password. The BuyBack Platform worked with us, was extremely patient and kind. It took several weeks (entirely my fault), but they sent me a check and I received it. I had an experience with a highly touted firm, to which I sold them an iPhone. I’m still waiting for the money. The BuyBack Platform is terrific. Gazelle is not. All went well except for the label
All went well except the label for shipping was not accepted at post office. As phones have a battery, it must be shipped as HAZARDOUS, and the label needs an "H" in the corner. Everything else with transaction was EXCELLENT 👌

Good experience selling my iPhone 13
I turned to The buyback platform to sell my iPhone 13, I was surprised they kept me informed along the way, before I sent my device I was nervous (never have sold a phone online before). Something felt right, when my phone was delivered to them, Braxton told me he was working on my device and said payment would be sent later the same day. I got paid 20 minutes later.
