It was my first purchase and I had placed an order for three products and some came wrong, which was also cheaper, so on top of that I have overpaid. Given how this first experience has been, I doubt it will happen again

No information on my order i made more that 20 days ago. It's a lot of money i spend.

First of all, I must highlight the excellent customer service we’ve received right from the very first contact; they’ve always been keen to find solutions. There is the challenge of the timezone difference, but we have to be understanding on that point and wait for their reply, just as they wait for ours. We placed an order to replace the entire legacy switch stack (lights and blinds). We haven’t installed everything yet, but so far everything is working perfectly. Even the orders that originated in China didn’t take long to reach Europe (<2 days). The only slow part was customs, in this case in Madrid, but that was due to local delays. I highly recommend this company.

The website clearly states that the items are shipped from a warehouse in Germany and will be delivered within 3 days. This was one of the main reasons I decided to order from this company.

However, after placing my order, I have already been waiting for more than a week. When I check the tracking information, it shows that the package is still in China after a week. This means the information on the website is misleading and does not match reality at all.

Customers expect honest and transparent shipping information. Saying that items come from Germany while they are actually shipped from China is very disappointing and feels misleading. If the shipping takes longer or comes from China, this should be clearly communicated before customers place an order.

Because of this, I cannot recommend this company. The delivery time is much longer than promised and the information on the website is not accurate. I hope the company improves its transparency and customer service in the future.

I received everything on time. Ultra modern switches and sockets. Very good price and support.

Its all well until you placed your order and handed over your money. Products are good or OK quality but I have issues with some. 1 of 2 switches on a dual don't work and zero support, no response so clearly no returns making it a 0 warranty/guarantee purchase. Two weeks no reply and don't think they will ever reply. // Update, they responded and provided support.

Bought a smart dimmer switch and stop working after 5 weeks.

Yuxuan from BSEED offered exceptional customer service. The products look good and perform well. Such a responsive and personal service was offered and they sorted out alot of delivery issues (caused by DHL/UPS). I have now processed two orders with BSEED.

Be careful with this company. Before I purchased, they were extremely attentive—messaging me on WhatsApp, sending emails, and adding offers to convince me to buy. Once the high-value payment was made, everything changed.

I never received a tracking link and had to chase them for it after 2 weeks. Their communication is incredibly slow and dishonest. They claimed customs issues (which weren't reflected on the UPS site) to justify delays. Finally, when the delivery was scheduled for this week, they contacted UPS and requested the package to be returned to them without any explanation or notice to me.

Now, they have my money and the products, and they are ignoring my emails and messages. This is completely unprofessional and lacks any customer focus. Avoid them if you don't want the stress.

Great products, but buy from Amazon, as returns are a pain with the company directly. In my case they sent the wrong item but as I had opened before I could see that the switch was the wrong way round, they refused the return.

Everything correct. Delivered on time

I said I would come back to edit this if things worked out and I received my parcel today, so here I am.

I ordered from mainland eu (spain) and my parcel got stuck in some logistics company ("cacesa", careful with those guys) claiming to be a customs intermediary asking for some documents, apparently there was a conflict between the declared value (10.29euro) and what I actually paid for the items (64.01). I waited but eventually decided to contact bseed directly. I tried all their contact channels and, after getting no reply, I even sent some repeats and eventually a whatsapp which I preferred not to.. but that whatsapp did get a reply, maybe a coincidence since they mentioned they had been busy and after responding to that they also did for all the e-mails and stuff. They offered to resend the package with a different logistics company and that package got here today just fine.

So while it wasn't a flawless experience with the package getting stuck (which maybe wouldn't happen declaring the full value) and when I thought they were ghosting my attempts to contact them.. when they responded they did it effectively, kudos to bseed for that. Overall a good company
