I usually don't write online reviews but I am compelled to write as I have been cheated by this entity. I approached them for my Master's dissertation editing and proofreading and what I received was outrageous. It has almost ruined my degree. The content was even worse than what I sent them. It is quite a big amount. When I asked for a refund, they initially agreed and asked that the management will process the refund soon. But it never happened after 5 months now. I enquired about them and the office address in London that they list does not exist and it is empty. Even the names they use such as Rachel, Mark and Sussan are fake. When you call them, they do not even pick the phone and communicate only through WhatsApp chat as they all have fake identities. Everything about this firm is fraud so please please I request you. DO NOT fall for the trap and avoid it at all costs.

They take your money. The work they send is of appalling standard. Agree to refund. You'll get taken for a ride and never see your money again. They become abusive in their chat and try to blackmail you.
The address they use on them website, 28 S Molton St, Mayfair, London W1K 5RG, UK, is an empty shop in central London. This say it all. Be aware.

Waste of Money. Work had to be sent back once as was quite frankly a joke then the next lot came back an exact copy and paste from an easily accessible essay on a vaguely "similar" subject. The 100% money back refund was obviously refused. All 1 day before the assesment was due. Total waste of energy and money at an already stressful time!

UPDATE: I have been today contacted by british dissertation editors and blackmailed in the hope to have this review removed. I quote; "Remove this reviews or we will contact your university"
