I placed an order and paid for it. After a week it turned out that the status of my order is unknown — either it was lost or never even shipped. And now it is unclear whether I will get my money back. Terrible website, looks like a scam. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Think they have sold me fake adidas swift runs. Glue coming apart at the seams and I've literally just opened the box, also blobs of glue where the sile meets the shoe. Have contacted brandosa to find out if the shoes are 2nds. Will also contact adidas to confirm they are real. Will update my review when contact has been made. For now I would stay clear. I would rate this company as 0 if I could. I ordered 23 pairs of shoes from Brandosa through their outlet store on Amazon to find out 6 days after placing the order that they have cancelled the order. Brandosa have given no reason as to why they have cancelled my order. I would like them to contact me personally to explain and to honour my original order. Awful experience - have no faith in this company.

Great prices and good contact with customer service. I accidentally ripped off the tag, but after contacting them it was no problem to return the product. Unfortunately the product was too small, I got a refund a week after returning the product.
