I had a very bad experience with this company. I bought a nudge bar for my Mitsubishi Triton after confirming it over the phone. When I finally took it to the mechanic months later, it turned out to be the wrong one.

The company agreed to refund me but deducted $50 AUD for “time passed.” I returned the bar in perfect condition, still in its packaging. Four weeks later, they claimed it was scratched and deducted $250 AUD without my authorization, without sending any photos, and without giving me the choice to keep the item or get a refund. Their emails were very rude, even though I always tried to be polite and kind. I felt completely robbed by their actions.

After researching, I found this is not the first time they have treated customers this way. Be cautious before buying here—if something goes wrong, they may try to cheat you.

Worse possible customer service, I booked my car it install roller on it a week ago, just yesterday they called me to reschedule the installation time, it moved to today, I went there drop off the car it was supposed to be ready by 2:00, at 1:30 they called me they don't have the part, two hours driving, one day off from the work and they been very rude, no apology at all they said we can book it another day or refund your deposit its all we can do and we have no other responsibility or obligation, I asked to talk to manager and they didn't let me, the guy Paul has no knowledge of customer service.

This was my first time dealing with Bossco and it was seamless. I found the elusive part I needed, ordered through their website and it was delivered fast considering I am on the other side of the country. I will definitely be checking their site first for any future part requirements. Thanks guys!!

Terrible customer service.

When your order hasn't been shipped, despite telling you it has, they ignore a request to send it by Australia Post Express Post.

When it doesn't arrive with their useless Couriers Please, they couldn't give a sh!t.

Do not buy from this merchant. Quick to take your money but don't care about following up with their useless courier.
