Not possible to take back your money from the digital wallet of the festival!
I had an accident 2 weeks before the festival thus had to cancel it. I knew I couldn't sell through their reselling platform (only possible way), and was aware of the terms and conditions, however I decided to email the festival to explain the situation including supporting documents. I received a cold generic response denying any refund, even partial.Their lack of emphaty reflects their real values.
Alas we had a death in the family last moment. Turns out the reselling platform closed two weeks before opening of the festival. They cannot explain why. Many more people complained about it - life comes with surprises and there are loads of people on the waiting list - so why deny both the possibility to exchange the ticket. Also you cannot give it away.
So far for a social festival. Afraid they lost it a bit.
Too bad.
Complete scam, they stole from me. Ordered some shirts from their bazaar website 14th of June. Have had multiple email contact with costumer service who couldn’t deliver the shirts (?) and therefore would reimburse. Almost 3 months later, no money and no shirts.
It’s a disgrace.( Order #1337)
