Faulty product, got help
Got my order relatively on time but one product was faulty.
Sent an email with pictures notifying them of the problem.
My problem got solved in a very good way, thank you!
Will be buying again, have good prices and products.

It was supposed to be delivered within…
It was supposed to be delivered within 1–3 days. After waiting a week, I contacted customer service and was given a delivery number. However, two weeks later, there is still no delivery information available.
