Horrible experience

Horrible experience

They freeze my account with 550 EUR without notice or any explanation of details. When contacting their support (only emails) they don't really help or trying to resolve the issue. After nearly a year of chasing them, I've received email saying that they would transfer the funds back to me. Now, almost 3 months after and still nothing. Be careful!!

Banking app for all ages!

My brother recommend Bofin to me. Even in my age I could get the account set up. Now that I can't easily get to my bank having my money in an app is reasuring. My euro pink card has also arrived and hopefully I can use it for my holidays this summer!
