I recently had my quarterly account…

I recently had my quarterly account review with Bmb and I will say they've lived up to its promises. It hasn't been perfect but as someone who owns a few business's I didn't expect it to be. The project management team has been excellent with communication and it became obvious that the overall management team does care about my sales. eBay was a pain in the butt to get started but it's producing ok results. Despite the other reviews, ebay isn't worth the hassle from my experience. Amazon has been pretty solid, it was inconsistent in the beginning. I would have $1,000 sales days then two days with zero sales. Around the second or third month, is when sales really picked up. I recently enrolled in their retail program which has been providing daily sales. Everything except for the ebay portion of my experience has been extremely positive. Expect a few hiccups in the process but overall I'm extremely happy.

I just opened an eBay store with BMB…

I just opened an eBay store with BMB Matrix and was pleasantly surprised that I had sales within the first week. The process is easy since they handle the customer support and shipping. They’re already working to give me strategies on how to boost my sales. After I see how that goes I’m also considering opening an Amazon store with them!

They do have the ability of creating…

They do have the ability of creating stores that generates revenue very quickly. My first few sales came in within a few days and over the course of the next few weeks sales stayed strong. I highly recommend them If your looking to for a profitable online store.

Pretty good experience with bmbmatrix

Pretty good experience with bmbmatrix. There was an logistics issue that caused some late orders and returns but overall my store is turning a profit. If things keep going at this pace I would like to upgrade to their Standard Package.

BMB Matrix

We too hired BMB Matrix in July 2023, Since then my Amazon account has been permanently deactivated. Since I could not sell items I requested a refund. BMB offered us an eBay account, which we were not interested. We asked for a full refund and they told us they would have their attorney contact us.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! In my experience this company has you pay a set up fee, they set up your store, promise to pay Amazon/Ebay fees which they do not pay, invoice you for product that in many cases doesn't get shipped out or fail to pay you the 20% profit that is promised, you are stuck paying return fees after paying their invoices for product. They promise a money back guarantee in which they do not honor then ghost you. I lost over $10,000 (my initial investment as well as ALL paid invoices) and have been in communication with others that have lost several thousands as well. There's currently one lawsuit against this company and a possible class action. I have asked @trustedpilot to look into this company because honest negative reviews are being removed giving this company a way higher rating that what they should have. In my experience this is the most immoral, unethical business I have dealt with.

Update:
I have been in correspondence with BMB Matrix in which I have asked for their attorneys information as their most previous attorney is no longer with them. Xavier refuses to provide that information. My identity is unimportant until I speak with counsel. I have been in communication with 10 other individuals that have been scammed by this company. I have also made a complaint to the BBB which has reached out 2 times without any correspondence from the company which causes me to wonder if they are even operating from their supposed office in Philadelphia. I have already lost my money. This is an attempt for me to help others avoid the mistake I made and provide a little justice to a corrupt business.

The individual behind this review refuses to provide their name or any contact information. As you can see, this review was left under an alias which makes extremely challenging to resolve issues if the client refuses to provide their name which in itself raises red flags as to the authenticity of this review. If the goal is to resolve any issues, withholding your contact details is contradictory to the desired outcome of a resolution.

We’ve made numerous attempts to contact the individual who left this review without any success. Our most recent attempt was 2.7.2024. They responded immediately but they refused to provide their contact details. This behavior is unprecedented especially if the goal is resolve the claims made in this review. This has left us no other option to involve our legal counsel to reveal the identity of the individual responsible for this review and proceed accordingly.


**Update**
We've since identified the individual behind the review and we are taking appropriate steps with our legal counsel to take action against these slanderous accusations. It has now become clear obvious why this individual decided to leave these false comments and hide their identity.

The individual behind this review signed up with BMB and after receiving her first few sales, she never paid her invoice and thus the items were never shipped out. After informing her of this, she requested her money back. Please understand, this is a business. When you make a decision to sign a contract to buy a business, this is a legally binding agreement. Asking for a refund, when you refuse to pay for the goods sold is unwarranted.

We have no choice in this matter but to protect our reputation and use the court system to protect and these baseless defamatory comments.

Today marks the 90 day mark with my…

Today marks the 90 day mark with my accounts with Bmb so I was asked to leave a review and its been pretty much as they detailed. I had a strong first day with sales and as promised my account went under review. My project manager Randy was helpful in showing me how to submit everything to Amazon. I was only under review for a few days and things were back up and running. Ebay took a while to get setup but its now finally starting to pick up after a really sloooow start. Outside of that its been low management on my part which is exactly what I was looking for.

Happy so far

This is my third month with the company and for the most part my experience has been what I expected. Sales came in as they promised, with a few refunds. Two of my items got stuck at the post office for being "oversized items" but I reached out to Randy and he did inform that was an error on Bmb's shipping department and he was able to refund me for those two items pretty quickly. Other than that, shipping issue I'm happy with my stores so far.

Good Experience

I've been with the company almost six months and its been an overall good experience. There were a few bumps in the road in the beginning but the team collectively went out of their way to assure they would deliver. An interesting surprise was ebay. My ebay sales are now outpacing my Amazon sales. Communication sometimes takes a little longer than I would like but I've also seen slight improvements on that end. As someone who's done FBA, I prefer Bmb's model much better mainly because I don't have to buy inventory upfront. This has allowed us to grow our business on other platforms. Overall I'm happy with my decision.

Misleading, Terrible Communication, Poor Customer Service & Completely Ghosted Us

We had a terrible experience with BMB since our first month with them in November 2022. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but as time progressed it became apparent they really did not care about us as a client nor fixing their mess.

We paid $4,995 for their Premier Bundle eCommerce package. As per the agreement, this package was basically to provide/build a business infrastructure, including a marketplace with 100 products, with a focus on the Amazon platform in which they would handle everything from customer service to shipping & refunds, & etc.

Unfortunately, BMB Matrix did a poor job with managing our account. They shipped “used” products when the customer purchased “new”, when customers ordered items with fast shipping and they did not ship the items out in a timely manner. Basically leaving customers wondering where their packages are. Additionally they constantly kept listing items that were restricted and against Amazon’s policies. All of this lead to our Amazon account getting deactivated due to unfulfilled orders and policy violations. This has severely impacted our business and prevented us from operating on the Amazon platform entirely.

We've attempted to contact BMB Matrix over three weeks through voicemail, text, and Basecamp, but received no response regarding our Amazon account reinstatement.

Furthermore, due to poor communication and mishandling of our Amazon account, we had to request a full refund and the release of $2,971.41 in owed credits, per the contract terms. Sadly, we have not heard from our sales manager, Thomas Quincy, for three weeks. He is responsible for handling this.

After reading reviews, it's evident that others have faced similar issues, casting doubt on the company's practices and reliability.

This breach of contract and lack of responsiveness jeopardized our business. We will never recommend this company to anyone.

Although we welcome all feedback from our clients, we take the approach to always resolve issues with our clients internally and not in a public forum. In this particular case, when a false review is left with misleading and inaccurate information, we have no choice but to respond in a public forum.

Package Details & Performance
The client signed up for our entry level Light package ($4,995) and not the Premier package ($39,995) The reviewer conveniently excluded that in 13 months their stores have generated almost $32,000 in revenue even though their working capital was limited to only $3,000. When generating any significant amount of sales, there will be returns and refunds, this is part of owning an ecommerce business. In this particular case, their return rate was 16% which was well below the return rate for their respective category.

Communication
Another important point excluded in this review, is that 4 months after the client originally signed up with BMB, it appeared the client was not a good fit for our program due to excessive communication with their project manager and staff. As a result, we offered the client an option for a full refund or the option to continue working with BMB Matrix. The client elected to continue working with BMB Matrix. In good faith, we've made additional attempts to appease this client over the past year but it appears all of our attempts have been unsuccessful. Every time the client complained about a particular issue, we would do our best to accommodate but at some point, these requests became excessive.

Refund Policy
When you sign up with BMB Matrix we offer a 1 year money back guarantee ONLY if you have not made back your initial investment. In this case, the client has made back their original investment so a refund is not warranted. BMB's obligation to each client is to generate a positive return on their investment within a 1 year time frame which was fulfilled in this particular case.

Conclusion
Prior to signing up with BMB, Please understand that this is a REAL business which we are operating on behalf of our clients and not a get rich quick scheme. Please understand that if your expectation is to generate a considerable amount of sales without any returns or refunds, its best not to sign up with BMB. Having realistic expectations of the outcome is crucial to the success of the partnership with our clients. In this particular case, we believe the clients expectations where not in line the reality of the situation.

Getting started

Everything seems ok a lot of communication to onboard then they said I needed to wait to get verified by amazon which took about 3 weeks. After communication was not great. I was a little skeptical but today I got a call from Xavier and it seems everything is ok and we will get my store up an running soon. Will continue to update my review as we go.

I had a mixed experience with BMB…

I had a mixed experience with BMB Matrix. While they did manage to get the job done, there were a couple of drawbacks that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, some of the products I ordered turned out to be out of stock, and I wasn’t informed about this until later in the process. This was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the whole process seemed to take longer than expected. Nonetheless, their service did eventually come through, so it’s not all bad. A solid three stars.

bmb matrix

im new to bmb matrix I bought the lite package about a month ago. Ive made alot of sales If you need extra income come here and sigh up contact me if you have questions. before i joined bmb matrix you have a zoom meeting with thomas great guy and is very thorough and answers all of my questions. its easy to sigh up. I was surprised how easy I cant wait to upgrade to the standard soon. if you have 8000 dollars do it.
