I had a great experience. My dogs are doing great on this product. They like the taste and I have no problems getting them to eat it. The frantic all night itching has stopped and my females bald spots are fur covered again and she had a lot of them. Just ordered more of this and will continue to do so. Customer service was 👌.

I received the wrong product. After multiple emails I was able to get a credit from Carla in Customer Service. I wish the company had a phone number listed on the website to call a human, but Bloom is like all companies now that used emails or BOT. I prefer the email.

I had Woody on Bloom and I tried a cheaper brand and I could tell the difference immediately so went back to Bloom and I won't change again!!!!

Do not order this. Comes from China. Has other ingredients not mentioned (chicken for one). The 90 day money back guarantee is actually a 30 day money back but you’ll spend the whole amount sending it back guarantee! Seriously not a wise move. I wish I hadn’t. Dishonest.

Fake product! Worthless! They never return emails to honor their return policy.
Fraud. It's made somewhere in China.

I somehow got the yeast defense bottle added to my order (I swear I declined it). I emailed Bloompet and they responded in less than 12 hours to take the yeast defense off my order and process a refund. Great customer service!

Never received my order, its been over a month. I have emailed them 3 times with no reply. The tracking still says processing a month later, when I was supposed to receive it within 7-10 days after ordering. Very disappointing.....

I ordered Bloom collagen and got Kriath brand which was not what was advitised on the website. Have used 5 bottles and followed the on-site free instructions and guides and it has not made one bit of difference to my dog. Waste of money.

The product did not agree with my Australian Shepard and caused her gastro distress. We had to take her off of the product because of this. I talked to Carla via email and she responded quickly and frequently to resolve my issue. She provided excellence in customer service and understanding and completely and thoroughly resolved my issue with the product.

I purchased 5 of the Kriath collagen for dogs x 3. Out of purchasing and taking to my vet, it was advised I did not give it to my dog as there was an ingredients that my dog could not have. When I reached out to Bloompet to see about returning them. They immediately got back to me and stated that it was gonna cost more to return them and offered me a percentage back. Told me to go ahead and keep them and gave me an idea of donating them as they are all unopened. I appreciate their guidance and direction with what to do with the product as I cannot use it and I also appreciate them giving me a percentage of my money back.
