The account looked fine for a while

The account looked fine for a while, and I could even see some profits showing up on this platform. When I tried to withdraw a portion of it, the transaction just stayed pending. I did not question it right away because the balance was clearly visible on my dashboard. I figured the approval was simply taking longer than expected. Then they introduced a new withdrawal limit that was never mentioned before. I was told I needed to deposit a bit more to become eligible for the payout. I assumed this was a standard step, so I added the extra funds thinking it would clear the issue.
Even after I sent that payment, the transaction did not move forward at all. The amount was still listed in my account, but I could not withdraw it. I later filed a complaint with Advocacy𝕀ℕ𝕋 after the withdrawal issue stayed unresolved. The process took a while. After the case was checked and the investigation concluded, a portion of the earned money and all of my deposit came back. You should always be very careful about the platforms you decide to use.

Everything appeared completely fine…

Everything appeared completely fine when I first created my profile on this site. I started with a minor top-up just to see how things operated. Shortly after, I was able to make a small withdrawal without any issues. Since the transaction went smoothly, I added more funds over a few months to build up my balance. I planned to do a much larger withdrawal later down the line. I did not suspect anything because the dashboard showed my funds growing exactly as expected.
When the time came to request that larger payout, the transfer did not go through. My account still displayed the funds, but the withdrawal just stayed pending. I gave it a bit more time because I assumed the system was simply processing it. The balance did not change on the screen, yet no payment ever arrived. Eventually, I discovered the numbers were not real and this entire broker was fake. Once the transaction remained completely stuck, I submitted a complaint to Advocacy𝕀ℕ𝕋. The case was looked into, and my total deposit was recovered back. You should always be extremely cautious about where you invest online.

Great experience!

So far the experience has been as expected and with great follow up. Easy deposit and easy withdrawal. Not sure why others are having issues. Others I’ve talked to have all been very positive.

Summary of your query( from Uk financial business protection)

You’ve reported that Blockgain has refused to release your funds unless you meet new, undisclosed conditions. You were not given any clear terms or withdrawal policies upfront and are concerned the firm is using deceptive and coercive tactics. You’ve asked us to investigate and help raise awareness to protect others.

Our response

We are the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK regulator for financial services. We supervise firms that offer regulated products like investments, banking, insurance, and credit.

We’ve searched the Financial Services Register (register.fca.org.uk) and were unable to locate a firm called Blockgain or any firm operating via blockgain.ltd.

From the information you’ve provided, this situation bears all the hallmarks of a scam. The sudden imposition of withdrawal conditions and lack of transparency are common warning signs of scam firms

From my experience they have not released our money from 4 different people investments. It is typical of money ransom, they hold your money and tell you to deposit more to get your access back to your account and continue business. This is not a thing, an investment, This is a scam! Working with US and UK to get this shut down!
