I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with Blickers, but I have not received my item, despite the tracking stating it has been delivered. The delivery address provided was correct, and I have checked thoroughly with both my household and surrounding area — the parcel has not been received.
This is unacceptable. I have paid in full for an item that I do not have, and I have made reasonable efforts to resolve this with the delivery company without any success.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated immediately. As I have not received the goods, I am entitled to a full refund. Please arrange this without further delay or advise on the next steps within a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered my glasses (with extra lenses) on 18 March. The delivery window was long, but they eventually arrived on 29 April.
When I unboxed them, I noticed a scratch on the case, which I could have overlooked. However, after trying the glasses on and putting them back in the case, I went to wear them properly a few days later and the right-hand lens keeps popping out. The left side is fine.
I tried to start a return, but the return window had apparently expired on 1 May—only two days after delivery. I don’t understand how this passed quality control, especially given how expensive the glasses were. Now I’m likely going to have to pay out of pocket to get the lens fitted correctly.
Very disappointed with the product quality and the aftercare/returns process.
I Keep Coming Back for a Reason
I have bought glasses from Blickers several times now and they have been consistently excellent. The whole experience feels easy and reliable, from browsing to delivery.
Their customer service really stands out. They are responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in solving any issue quickly, which is something you do not always get nowadays. It makes a big difference when you feel looked after rather than just processed.
The quality of the glasses is very good for the price point, and everything arrives well packaged and on time. I also appreciate how straightforward their website is, no confusion, no unnecessary steps.
Overall, a very positive experience every time. I keep going back to them, which says it all.

Poor after sales service
Glasses received ok. Fault developed with an arm spring failing. Bickers asks for pictures of the failure which obviously is not possible. Now just not interested and ignore any requests for assistance under warranty. Will now look to Oakley to assist as their supplier is only interested in selling
