So far so good
I am just starting out with them so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and rate them 4... May change to 5 later if all goes well... Sales is a bit aggressive however always cordial and tried to resolve most issues... However the continuous verification and uploading of the same documents over again was a bit cumbersome... The funding in itself was super quick... Overall liked working with them so far and at this time would recommend them if you are looking for a small business' alternative to factoring as they aren't a loan provider but pay against future recievalbles...

Good experience. When there was a bit of a snafu on their end, their customer service to fix the problem was over the top. I had 4-5 people working on it and all were friendly and helpful, even expedited my wired funds the same day I got the docs signed. Great communication. Would do business with them again.

My Funding Experience
The process for getting funded was fairly easy. There was not tons and tons of paperwork. I was able to agree on terms that fit my budget. Simran, who worked with me was persistent and courteous at the same time. I would definitely want use the company again based on my current experiences.
