Easy, and Reliable Bitcoin Purchases
I’ve used Bitcoin Well a few times now, both at their ATMs and through their online site to buy bitcoin with cash. Pretty easy to use, quick, and always works without any big issues. I don't like KYC but they're definitely a solid and trustworthy option.

Smoothest Bitcoin Buying Experience
They don't impose a weird limit of minimums like other bitcoin sellers do, their bitcoin fluctuation and gap is very minimal and fair and at the current time of buying.
A year ago, it took a week but I've recently purchased with ACH and got my bitcoin sent within 3 days which is pretty impressive for USA to Canada deposit!
I like that it gives you an option for no fees for 12-24 hours or a very fair fee for immediate bitcoin deposits. And that it deposits in MY WALLET. That's the BIGGEST PLUS. I hate when apps hold MY BITCOIN in THEIR UNKNOWN WALLETS.
Couldn't recommend them enough for bitcoin trading.

We don't like it when our bitcoin is held in other people's wallets, either!
When you ditch the custodial aspect, you get to focus on the features bitcoiners ACTUALLY care about. Easy and quick buying/selling, fast transactions and support and most importantly, self-custody!

Fast and simple
Previously, my experience with Bitcoin transactions and local ATM's were synonymous with stress, delays and headaches. What a relief that the opposite of that was my experience with Bitcoin Well. Local to Edmonton (with locations across Canada), the sign up process was simple and completed in minutes, the instructions were straight forward and my payment transaction was FAST with no hang ups. I'll definitely seek Bitcoin Well again ...did I mention how FAST the transaction took from start to finish? #ruenic

Terrible customer service.
I have been waiting 6 days for a response from their support team.
I have had a transaction “under review” for 6 days. Just ridiculous! as a financial company they should have 24/7 support and transactions should always be instant once funds are received from the bank.
